Shipping complaint
I’ve ordered several times from your company.
I Love and appreciate your selection and the fact that you are family owned company/business; something near and dear to my heart. My only complaint is the shipping. I don’t know where the disconnect is but items remain on your dock for Days after you’ve created the shipping label and readied it for pickup. At times it will take a week or more to leave your dock.
Again, I appreciate and enjoy your online store but there’s a disconnect somewhere (your end or there’s) on getting items in transit. Which is the life blood of an online only store; I should think.

Hey Megan! We thank you for your input and apologize that our system may have caused some misunderstandings. Unfortunately some of our warehouses in the US can't dropship orders to customers outside of the continental states - instead they need to be sent off first to our facility in Florida and then routed to the customers. Our IT Team is doing some changes to minimizing any extra notices about shipments between our different warehouses so all our customer will get are notifications regarding when exactly that package will arrive on the doorstep. Sadly Canadians can't shop here
Sadly, I couldn't get my order because the import fees from there to Canada was 40% which is nuts. I order from the US all the time and have never had anything even close to that.
It's a shame, cause I REALLY wanted them. I had to cancel the order. Customer service was nice, but at the end of the day I can't get my product.
If you're Canadian, I would bother to shop here unfortunately. I had a TON of stuff on my wish list I wanted to get.. will have to look elsewhere now. :(
