(1) Took over 2 weeks to deliver --…
(1) Took over 2 weeks to deliver -- January 3 to 17.
(2) Claimed they usually ship SAME DAY, & estimated delivery date was given as Jan. 6.
(3) When I inquired on Jan 6, CS rep. claimed the "automated" shipping info was in ERROR, & they were going to correct that. Said my order would not ship till the 12th. "Sorry for the confusion."
(4) When I replied that I was NOT "confused," and expected delivery was the 6th, he replied,
"Have a nice day."
(5) They delivered both pairs of boots, but only one pair was in a shoebox. The other pair was in their original double bags, but loose, lying on top of the other pair's box.
(6) Unfortunately, I must return that pair, and their rules require the original box. They claim easy, hassle-free returns, but have a list of rules & they charge a restocking fee.
Therefore, they may or may not except my return, even though it was their fault to send boits with no box. I'll have to wait & see.

The products are great, and the initial shipment was great, how ever the lack of communication on the partial delayed shipment was disappointing as is the change in shipping methods causing further delay was even more disappointing
