In setting up my new watch, I found that the alarm did not work, nor did the hourly chime option. Several attempts to resolve this issue resulted in them requesting several videos of me setting up the alarm. They sent digital instructions just like the ones that came with the watch, three separate times. Never resolved the issue.

I'm looking forward to getting my watch Carbon blood as a Christmas present, but I've always been a fan of s-Force 👍👍

I was so happy, when i get my first s-force watch for my birthday, now i have a beauty collection. Very good quaility, and amazing style. Not basic, so if you order, you gonna be so special.

I had been looking at buying an S-Force watch for a while and I finalyy decided on the Carbon Blood 51mm. The ordering process was very straightforward and the watch arrived within a few days even though it was shipped from the US.

On receiving the watch I was amazed at the quality of the packaging and the additional contents that came with the watch.

The watch itself is really fabulous and the quality is over and above what I was expecting. The wtch looks fantastic and is really comfortable to wear.

I would highly recommend S-Force watches to anyone who is looking for fantastic looking watches at affordable prices.

I've been a long-time customer of Swole Watches, which, unfortunately, underwent a rebranding and changed its name to S-Force. While I understand that rebranding is a natural part of a company's evolution, I cannot help but express my profound disappointment with the way they have treated their loyal customers during this transition.

My disappointment began when the band of my watch, which I had purchased a few years ago, snapped unexpectedly. It's important to note that I've only worn this watch on special occasions, so it hasn't seen excessive use. To my dismay, it became apparent that the watch band was constructed from an exceedingly brittle plastic material.

Hoping to replace the band and continue enjoying my watch, I reached out to S-Force, only to be told that they no longer had any Swole watch bands in stock. This revelation immediately devalued my watch and left me unable to use it. Essentially, my once-cherished timepiece had become little more than a worthless relic.

What added to my frustration was the fact that S-Force had no plans to restock these bands, effectively rendering my watch obsolete. Their proposed solution was to purchase an S-Force watch band, which they assured me would be compatible with my watch. So, reluctantly, I shelled out £50 for the new band.

To my utter dismay, when the S-Force watch band arrived, it did not fit my watch at all. This was a clear misrepresentation on their part, causing me to question the integrity of the company. Upon attempting to return my order and rectify this situation, I was informed that I would have to organize international return shipping at my own expense.

This entire experience with S-Force has left me feeling cheated and undervalued as a customer. The combination of brittle watch bands, the discontinuation of Swole bands without suitable alternatives, and the misrepresentation of product compatibility has left me with a sense of buyer's remorse and disappointment in this company.

I had been a loyal customer for years, and the way I've been treated during this transition to S-Force is nothing short of disheartening. As a result, I would strongly advise potential customers to exercise caution and reconsider before investing in a S-Force watch, given the company's lackluster customer service, subpar product quality, and apparent disregard for its loyal clientele.

I recently purchased a Samson Bracelet and I can say whole heartedly that it is one of the best in my collection of wrist wear. I will certainly be getting more in all the other color options.

I bought my first watch from SForce back in 2015 and since then I cannot have enough of them . Impeccable Design. Strong Solid build a sure shot compliment getter. Where ever I go there is hardly anyone who does not look or ask about my watch . Sforce is made for Strong individuals. The way they are build they would definitely last you a life time .The watches came in solid steel boxes . I received them in my country about 2 weeks from the day I ordered . Highly recommend them for whom ever is looking to stand out in the crowd .

I’ve been a fan and owner for quite some time! Just shipped my watches in for cleaning and battery replacement. These watches a strong and durable. The customer service was great, they responded quickly and took care of everything I needed for getting my pieces taken care of! Great product and company!

I just received my first definitely of many S-FORCE watches & am obviously satisfied with my purchase. It has many great features along with the comfort and style this time piece is bold and electric. Not to mention the great quality of strength, it's far from a cheaply made decorative watch.

S-Force Watches are top of the line in quality and are personally one of my favorite watch brands. The new ownership team has improved the look of each watch, faster shipping, and overall customer service. I have currently have an Ares watc. I look forward continuing to grow my collection of S-Force Watches.

Absolutely brilliant watches, well made and great looking

I currently have the Orion and Alexander - I love that they released the 43mm series for 'regular' sized people like me, who love the brand but didn't have big enough wrists to don the 50mm.

I have one rubber strap (Orion) and a metal strap (Alexander) meaning I can sport up or suit up and still have a cool timepiece to match. They are very sturdy, reliable and I've had a LOT of compliments about my watches in the past few years.

There's been a huge effort to improve things since the new takeover, due to that, I will definitely be adding more into my collection- thanks to Mike and the team at S-Force.
