paid extra for next day delivery but it did not arrive. no response to phone calls. eventually got an email. item i ordered was exactly as described (rotary drier) have been using it with no issues apart from the spike for putting into the ground is not heavy duty as described

very disappointed in every aspect of the transaction.
I recieved an email April 9th telling me my order had "got defective" in transit and was the last one in stock of that colour and to please choose another colour and tell you - which I did. It then took until April 15th for you to send another email telling me my order had been distpached and would arrive within 24 working hours (which I assumed was 3 working days). I sent an email asking if I would be able to track it and if I would get a text / phone message saying the delivery was nearby. I got no reply to that email and the delivery happened on the 18th early morning with no warning. I was in by chance or I would have missed the delivery. I am very disappointed in the damage caused and in the lack of communication and time taken in delivering the goods a second time. I have never heard this happening before to anyone and will not be recommending you or using you in the future.
