The sales person had sold to me open item, when I went to refund it they refused to refund because it’s open, customer care doesn’t help stores refused to help they simply selling open item and you have no right of return so make sure your item fully closed.

Advertising via the Mall of the Emirates app that they are selling the IPhone 16 and that the item is ‘in stock’ with 4 hours delivery to your home. I purchased the item and was charged the full cost and received a message to say the order was ‘confirmed’ and delivery would be within 4 hours. After several hours the app showed ‘order placed’ but no sign of delivery being in progress. I rang as was told my iPhone could not be delivered and would be available for collection only in 1 MONTH! I explained that their own online system was still showing ‘in stock’ and immediate delivery. They were not interested in correcting this before other people handed over their money. I cancelled my order and was told the refund would take up 14 working days which is scandalous behaviour when they are falsely advertising a product they do not have. You can still go the app even now and buy something for immediate delivery that Sharaf do not even have in stock. They should be prosecuted for this as it is fraudulent behaviour.

I ordered a TV with a delivery date for Friday. I waited in all day on Friday (because the delivery window is 9-6) but nothing arrived. I called the delivery company and they said it would be delivered on Saturday between 9-6. It never arrived and they didnt answer the phone. It turns out that they are not open on Sundays. I spoke to Sharaf DG and they said they will do the best to deliver it on Monday. So now I have to stay home all day tomorrow waiting for it to arrive

I had an extremely disappointing experience with this company. I recently purchased a PlayStation 5 through their online shop, but when I received the package, it was missing the controller and cables. The product listing clearly showed that these items were included, and the sales representative confirmed this before I made the payment. I have proof of this confirmation.
When I contacted customer service to resolve the issue, they were unhelpful and evasive, providing no valid explanation or solution. The problem remains unresolved.
I strongly advise against buying from this company. Their misleading practices and poor customer service are unacceptable.

Bought a phone, the promoter assured me that everything would work. Activated the phone, only to found out that it's absolutely useless to me. Been in contact with IT, went back to the store, they bought time so the 7-day return policy would expire. Customer support is not helpful and blamed me for not knowing some of the apps on the product would not work. Raised a complaint 3 days ago and still waiting to speak to the "high manager" how they called it. Now they want me to pay over 700 DHS for restocking because I opened the item. Sounds like a joke to me.

Inaccurate delivery times and useless customer service
Useless on delivery dates
Made an order online, no options to chose a delivery date, rather they select a date for you. Stayed home all day to await this order and it did not come. You call the USELESS customer service who give you the same line "we are sorry for the inconvenience and we will escalate this to be resolved for you". No one will call you back or do anything about the issue, you will have to continue to chase them and wait endlessly for anything to be delivered.

I pre booked a device from Sharaf DG on 15th of September. still date i didn't received it. i reached out to them through all the possible medium (calls, whatsapp, emails, chat) but they don't know when they can deliver my product. they are replying that they haven't gave any commitment and they don't have the product. if they don't have the product then hwy did they took the order. i paid extra 100 Aed to them and no use. today i visited mall of Emirates store directly and they said one batch is coming and that is only for stores and those who pre booked online will get the product after November 7th. They even sold the product on 22nd through store. there is no use of pre booking from sharaf dg they don't care about online orders or pre booking. i suggest from my experience to try not to purchase anything from sharaf dg. i know when someone from sharaf dg see this post they will ask me to send email to support@sharafdg - where people doesn't know anything.

6th of February a stove was brought to me, which was scratched and the surface of the stove was not smooth, on the same day I wrote them an email with photos and they promised that they would come to change or parts or the whole of the cooker, after that no one came, I called them every day except weekends, they promised me to change the stove every day and to this day, no one came, a month has passed, I can't cook for myself, they ignored all my calls and emails. Not a competent company, I will never recommend to by in Sharaf DG

Ordered gimbal (order W4187732) on 05.02, was supposed to be delivered on 06.02. It's 09.02 and not a SINGLE call, text or email from the company. Support is ghosting when I call them: "we've notified the delivery, someone will get back to you asap". Guess what, nobody's ever done it. I've already filed a complaint to UAE Consumer Protection. Writing here to warn anyone else about dealing with this retailer. Bot will probably tell me to write at support@ email. Out of 5 (polite!) emails I've got a response (probably automated) once.

I received an email from Sharaf DG today at exactly 8:04 AM, Dec 21, 2022 informing me that the item, whirlpool washing machine, has already been delivered. Worst. This is the worst of the worst. I filed a cancellation request yesterday because the product has never been delivered and today early morning they said the product has already been delivered! What a nuisance! So, again I placed a call to their customer service informing them of their error, miscalculation, mistake, or blunder, whatever that is...The amount of torture I received from this retailer is never ending! I just wish that the government will penalize this retailer! I am telling you all, DO NOT BUY from this retailer! DO NOT TORTURE YOURSELF!

Don’t bother, if you can get the item from somewhere else.. please do and save yourself the nightmare.
Terrible customer service (if they answer your call, open their WhatsApp or even look up and see there is a customer in the store waiting to be served)
Terrible service and support… 2 weeks = 2 months (because of their incompetence and lack of communication).
They won’t even bother to communicate with you to let you know it’s delayed. The manager really does not know how to deal with people.

Worst customer service I think I have ever encountered. They broke delivery promises and customer experience promises related to their worthless “Brand Promise”. As per their terms and conditions, 24hours is actually 48hours or more. Terms and conditions vary depending on which one of their documents you read. I was given a myriad of excuses and lied to on multiple occasions. They will say anything to get out of promises and commitments in my experience, I even had evidence in writing and still they refuted their promises and commitments.
Their store managers response to my complaint was “If your not happy go to Dubai Economic Department”. What sort of response is that?
After leaving a poor review on their website I got the standard response of “Please contact support”, 3 store visits and 6 times making contact with their so called support department and no resolution, just a further waste of time.
Well guess what…. I did contact “Dubai Economic Department” and their “Smart Satisfaction” service. Only after taking action with the local authorities did I get my complaint resolved, thank goodness I written evidence of their miss doing.
I will never be able to trust this company again unfortunately.
I bet they even leave their standard empty promise response to this review!

Horrible shopping experience with Sharaf DG canceling my order and keeping my money. The customer service is an equally worthless resource, as they are trained not to adress the issues and only to ask for understanding with copy and paste, one size fits all templates responses.
Highly advisable to stay away from Sharaf DG. But, if you face an issue, raise a complaint with the Dubai Government Consumer Rights Department. They are highly effective dealing with abusive bussiness practices like the ones used by Sharaf DG.
