I ordered a laptop cooling pad from SharafDG as a first-time online buyer. The pad was delivered with a piece broken off at the perimeter. Customer service is not responding to the replacement request. This is how you permanently lose customers for such a low-value item. Clearly, I will never buy from them again but I will also make sure to tell everyone about this horrible customer service experience.
Update on above
SharafDG customer service informed me that the item was dispatched in good condition and that their courier company mishandled it and I should take it up with them. Clearly SharafDG has no idea how e-commerce works. I’m just happy it was a low value item and not a computer, TV, or washing machine.

Ordered perfume Dior jadore, received a cheap copy. Everything is different. Packing, color, smell. And seems that the bottle is not completely filled, as if the perfume has already been used . After sent the email that the product was not original and attached photos of items ,I was told “ is to inform you that all Sharaf DG products are completely brand new and authentic. Please note that Sharaf DG offers the return/exchange of only sealed/packed products within 7 days from the date of purchase” .Seriously?

@sharafdgoman well what a saga! I bought a display fridge at full price and once delivered it was broken. 4 hours of phone calls to try and resolve yet no one seems to listen to what the actual issue is for me and I’ve already had enough of trying to sort out a service and product failure that could have been resolved so easily and quickly. Will I buy from Sharaf again VERY unlikely.

I bought a laptop from this store online, the laptop did not switch on at all right after opening the box. I called store for return and refund. It took them few days before arranging collection. I brought the laptop myself to their store but stores dont want to accept returns from online purchase and asked me to wait for collection from my house. Laptop was collected but even after a week no confirmation of collection or status of refund. Today they are refusing to refund saying that laptop has a scratch and fault is mine.
What kind of scratch would cause a laptop not to work? And returning it in less than 7days is not even warrantied for a refund. This makes me think this store sells fake items and does this kind of scam to their customers. Now it is a hassle that I have to file a case in court for this one as company refuse to accept responsibility. So dont ever buy from this store.
After numerous email to the given email ID by support ,also given by the reply below, case was closed without action or any response or any other form of communication notifying or updating me on how they came to whatever resolution this company arrived at.

But when I checked - battery last 3 hours only which is much less than 8 hours. Inspite of promises SharafDG told 3 hours is normal & does not want to change laptop. 3 months my laptop spent in service center without any result

worst online experience ever..
i made 2 online purchase and neither they dint delivered nor returned the money... it took whole 2 months to return my monies into my credit card..
call center experience was horrible as they couldn't explain why my order dint delivered nor cancelling... top of all i'm a DG Privileged Customer by paying an additional 159 dirhams..if this is what they're service to so called Privileged Customers i cant guess how they will treat normal walk in customers..
