I have been using SharePal's products for over 3 years for all my rides to Spiti, Ladakh and Arunachal. Amazing budget friendly service. Absolutely No hassle in receiving and returning the product. All products are clean and in great quality.

Overall a very bad experience for me.
Sharepal handles you well till the sale is made, after that you are asked to go in circles. No concept of a call centre where you can talk to somebody, the call back requests never reverted on committed “30 minutes”, auto generated responses is what you get.

1. Cancelled delivery at the last moment.
2. ⁠provided another camera at 11 pm in the night when I had to start travelling the very next day at 5 am.
3. ⁠no body called to train me and provide answers to my queries.
4. ⁠I had to book a call with support which was returned after 4 hours.
5. ⁠camera without any wireless media to transfer the photos : I had to delete all of them.
6. ⁠and finally paid one day extra for this non sense called “photo transfer”.

Sad experience.

Extremely Disappointing Service and Poor Customer Support – Order ID: #KOLRI1790765319840R

I placed my order (#KOLRI1790765319840R) on 30th September 2026, renting a riding jacket, riding pants, gloves, riding shoes, and a winter jacket for my planned ride on 16th October.

The delivery was scheduled for 15th October by 5 PM. However, at 7 PM, instead of delivering the order, your team informed me that there was a size issue with the riding jacket and riding boots. They asked me to accept an exchange for size L, despite my being 6 feet tall and requiring size 2XL for a proper fit. How can you expect a customer to compromise on essential riding gear at the last minute, especially when the order was placed well in advance?

What makes this experience even worse is the complete lack of accountability and customer support. The team does not respond to messages, does not call back, and simply says that the issue has been escalated, without providing any resolution. I had already paid the full amount in advance, yet I was left stranded at the last minute with no proper solution.

Due to this extremely poor service and failure to deliver the required riding gear on time, my entire planned ride had to be cancelled. This has caused significant inconvenience, disappointment, and a complete loss of confidence in your service.

As of today, 15th October, I am still waiting for a proper response and my refund.

This is absolutely unacceptable. I expect an immediate response, a full refund, and a clear explanation for this failure. Customers who book and pay in advance deserve reliable service, timely communication, and accountability not last-minute surprises and empty assurances of escalation.

Very good service and seamless process and really it saved me big amount taking Insta360 X5 for rental instead of buying for my vacation.

There is no direct communication present in here but every task is automated. If you are facing any issue you can simply raise a ticket and everything will be sorted out. Trustworthy service. Great network system.

I needed an iPhone for my foreign trip to capture photos and videos. Through sharepal, I was able to get access to good condition iphone. Delivery process was smooth and simple. I would recommend this service if some one is looking for a similar gadget for a short period.

I ordered for a insta go but it didnt pass the quality check so they upgraded it to a insta 360 x5 at no extra charge and since i am traveling tomorrow morning they ensured it wss delivered even at 12:20 am! Thanks!

Customer support service is not quick, order verification is complex and I booked extra battery which was not getting charging properly despite keeping in charging whole night.

Easy order, quick response, easy return

All the facilities which is offered is very easy and satisfying..

The quality of the items are good and completely satisfied with the rental policy and the prices. Im very happy that I have opted for the service

I paid extra for early delivery but it was not delivered on time, only once I called customer care then they started delivery process. Porter guy was taking longer than usual, I had to collect it midway. I ran the risk of losing train. It was told that the delivery fee will be waived off, but it was not. Overall highly irresponsible.

Highly recommended platform to rent cameras and electronics good. I just got DJI 6 same day by placing order at 7 pm. Next day was my travel date. No need to invest huge amount for a stale products and here you get recent most models. I really like the business idea. Looking forward to rent it again.

Experience is so good but you should full charge the item's so creator will not face any issues.
