SharePal.in Reviews

Very genuine service. Just a proper background check is made before rental. Apart from that a very trustworthy sevice.

I rented waterproof shoes, a parka jacket for my wife, a waterproof/rainproof jacket for myself, and a few other items for our Iceland trip.

Overall, the items were usable and served their purpose reasonably well. The shoes were water-resistant and functional, although the quality and appearance were not as good as I had expected. They looked quite worn out, whereas the pictures shown on the website gave the impression that the items were almost new. For rental products, some signs of wear are understandable, but I feel the actual condition should be represented more accurately in the pictures or description.

The parka jacket was also delayed by a day. To their credit, the team remained in constant communication with me and even offered to hand over the jacket at the airport. However, the delay caused quite a bit of tension at the last moment, especially because we had to finalize and pack our luggage for the trip.

Overall, the service was responsive and the items were functional, but I would expect better consistency between the condition shown on the website and the actual condition of the rented products. Better-maintained items and more accurate product photos would make the rental experience much better.

The quality of product was amazing. The packaging was nicely done. The delivery and pick up process was quite smooth.

It’s affordable, convenient and a quick service, and I get to try out a variety of cameras without dishing out thousands to buy them. What’s not to love?

Very good experience hassle free... At reasonable price

We rented a canon mark II D camera for our Swiss trip and it was very helpful in capturing our precious moments. The entire operations from sharepal was extremely smooth, from pricing to timely delivery to great quality product. This is my second time using sharepal and it has become my go-to platform for such needs

No hasstle .on time delivery and pick up .good service.

Great service by SharePal, have used multiple times to rent camera and iphone. Devices are in good condition. We get regular updates.

It was Hassel free, no contact, tension free service given, very efficient, they don't mention this in the site, but pick up day and drop off day will not be changed, which is a big positive thing

It's my first time to rent a action camera and i can say it's best experience.

The delivery, the quality of the products and the whole process was excellent and seamless.

Really supportive customer care team,
Received a defective product and were Really helpful in replacing within hours

Everything was good , just battery charger did not work. So couldn't use the camera for 1 day. But overall the rental experience was good.

Your background verification check was not setup properly. You guys had demanded me to share any of other persons details. I don't know why the other person's details was approved but my background check was rejected. That needs to be improved and worked upon.

Apart from that everything else was good. The helmets and gloves were in condition although the visor could've been clearer with no scratches but I managed it fine with few minor scratches.

Overall good packaging, drop and pickup service. It all went smooth and coordinated. You guys have streamlined it well. I would recommend you guys to others in future.

The product was very good quality. Thanks.

I got all the rental things on time.
