The ordered camera wasn't available and they took my money and didn't bother to inform me until the last day. Since I had a flight to catch and didn't have time to move to another vendor I had to go with what camera they provided and that also with a lesser storage and zoom capacity. Pathetic service. Please don't do business with them unless there is no option at all

Delivery was on time... Product was good

Extremely poor and unprofessional experience with SharePal.

It has been six hours, and my package is still not properly delivered. I have been constantly coordinating with the porter, while the receiver is not answering the porter’s calls. The biggest issue is that SharePal has not provided any direct contact number for the receiver/security team, leaving the customer to manage the entire situation.

I initially contacted SharePal support, but there was no response for a very long time. I had to raise multiple support requests and tickets before receiving any response.

They also seem to rely heavily on third-party porters. In my case, one porter cancelled earlier, and with the current porter, I am personally having to coordinate and troubleshoot the delivery. The porter is struggling to get the package delivered, while I am struggling to get my security deposit refunded. Despite repeated communication, there has been no clear resolution or conclusion even after six hours.

If SharePal is a legitimate and professional service, why is the customer expected to coordinate with third-party porters, receivers, and security while SharePal itself remains largely unresponsive?

This has been an extremely frustrating, stressful, and highly unprofessional experience. The company needs to seriously improve its customer support, communication, porter coordination, and especially its process for handling security deposits and failed deliveries.

Overall good experience so far. Delivery was late and one of the item was missing. Raised the issue with their team and it was sorted.

Overall the experience is good with few improvements like
-Items may not be new but they should be sent in a clean and neat condition.
-Velcro straps should be replaced regularly when required and wherever applicable.
-Since helmet is very critical for driving hence it should be preserved and send to user in a good condition and timely replacement of face shield.
-Customer care channel should be improved.
-Advice for user: MUST BUY DAMAGE INSURANCE AND MAKE THOROUGH VIDEO POST DELIVERY AND SHARE TO TEAM IMMEDIATELY.

The camera was not in good conditions battery with full charge last 1/2 hrs max
Lens was not in good condition
There was no transfer for photos
Need to do with wifi direct

Product was intact delivery was on time with no delays overall good experience with the delivery

My trekking equipments are scheduled for 3 to 5pm on 1st of October, and after repeated call and message they reply me at 6:30 are you available at the location. I said, I leave my place to take my bus from different place for my trip, can you deliver it at there till 10:00pm, still they didn't reach at that place till 10:00pm. Their delivery person reach that place at 11:30. I mean what the hell is this, like I even pay extra for that schedule time that was 3-5pm and they deliver it at 11:30pm in the. At that time I was in haryana from delhi. I was totally cheated by sharepal, without getting my trekking equipments I started my journey.

Friendly and helpful staff. Reliable with the service and great product.

The order was delayed by 2 hours and Due to this I was about to miss my flight.
No proper support provided. There is no calling support, whatsapp messages was unanswered.
Pathetic service.

Delivery was denied for the day I placed the order on. Had to follow up several times just to get the order

Then the order was finally delivered but the game pass was expired so I couldn't even play it and was unable to contact support

1. I have not received the camera which I ordered.
2. There was only one battery. No additional battery was there.
3. Camera body, lenses all are full of dust. Even the lense glass has full of dust.
4. There was fungus in the strap.
5. Maintainance is not good at all .
6. Battery backup is too bad.

Convenient ordering, high quality & well maintained products, reasonably priced, timely delivery, easy communication with staff. Keep it up!

They did proivide good quality products and services. Also very friendly and understanding assistance if any issues were raised.

Really loved the experience, the pricing and quality of equipments are excellent. I just got the delivery little late. Apart from that, it is all good and highly recommended.

I like the concept and Everything is so easy but at same time I faced issues in using Invisible stick as it was so tight that I was unable to use it as it was not opening
And The most important The bike mount it's was not stable at all
It was bending everytime when bike speed was 60-70 and I was not able to record the scene properly
Everytime I have to hold the mount bar then only I was able to shoot

When the package arrived, the headset was visibly dirty and required a thorough wipe-down and cleaning before I could even try it on. More importantly, the lenses were heavily scratched, making the display extremely blurry and uncomfortable to view.
Because of the compromised visual clarity, I was only able to use the headset for 1 day out of my 10-day rental period. I rented this unit specifically to evaluate whether VR was worth adding to my setup, but the poor condition of the device made for a disappointing hands-on experience.
I am sharing this so your team can address your quality control, cleaning, and inspection standards before dispatching equipment to future customers.
