Your team unable to deliver the product in time.

Delivery and service were excellent, but unfortunately the speaker's audio quality was very disappointing.

The speaker looked like a Sony speaker, but the sound quality was terrible, especially the bass. We rented it for our Ganesh Pooja event, and the sound was so poor that our employees were disappointed. We had to rent another speaker from a different provider for the event.

₹1,600 was completely wasted. The delivery and overall service were good, but the actual speaker performance was not acceptable. Please check the equipment properly before renting it to customers.

Absolutely horrible experience ordering from SharePal in Bengaluru a Meta Quest 3s.
- Paid extra for quick delivery, got informed moments before due time that 3S isn’t available and can have Quest 2 instead. Agreed for it.
- Got that delivered way too late even after paying extra. The porter driver insisted asked for money as they didn’t pay him upfront. Tried contacting support but no response, somehow still managed the situation.
- Got a dirty, loose and absolutely horrible device. Raised return/replacement request within 30 mins, tried contacting support and wrote a mail, nothing happened for more than 12 hours.
- Finally got someone, raised return request, booked porter and sent it back. Got a message 6-7 hours afterwards that they finally got the device back. Was expecting a quick refund.
- Said then that there’s some issue with device. Again tried contacting everyone for more information, nothing happened.

As of today(almost 2 days after ordering), still haven’t received a refund or any other information.

Never trust these people. Poor customer support and completely untrustworthy!

If they have issues delivering your order, they won’t even inform you. Even after continuous follow-ups, they kept assuring me that the order would be delivered, but it never was. I had to cancel my trip because they failed to deliver the riding gear on time.

If they had at least informed me honestly and in time, I could have arranged an alternative. I’m honestly not sure how they have so many good reviews. I seriously doubt whether all of them are genuine.

It was nice to use such rental thing but battery were not good quality one was not charging properly the other one did in time . So next time please check and test battery are getting charged in plug or not . Not acceptable

Worst experience in rental service . No proper numbers to ask the status of order. No customer importance given. Camera not given to me and additional money was asked by delivery guy. It’s most confusing in operations of the order. No proper response from the team. Please provide the details of a person responsible for a particular order.

The provided rider jacket's protection armours are completely broken. Even shoes and gloves are damaged. No replacement as there is no units available. And all these things happening 1 day before my travel. You guys should check the quality of the products before delivering

The packing is and the way package with lock is good but the product inside is dusty and the camera received is not so clean the lens is full of fingerprints and the see through is dusty the product has to be cleaned before dispatch.

Products are of good quality. Timely delivery, easy to place order, and timely return pickup is appreciated.

terrible experience, no proper communication and delivered speaker was not working properly and mic was not connecting, still tired to connect with customer care but due to no proper service nothing helpful. They arrange the delivery and pick up through porter and the porter guys doesnt have any idea who pays them and where to deliver it properly

I rented Meta Quest 3S for the 2nd consecutive year for a carnival. From placing the order to delivery and pick up was smoothly organized. I didn't even had to contact customer care for support. That's how professional the sharepal team is. Kudos to the team for great co-ordination.

I have had a very smooth renting experience with SharePal. I rented riding gears, all of them were top quality. Much recommended.

The visor on the helmet, horrible. Extremely bad. Shin guards with their straps, extremely poor quality. I wish I hadn’t spend that money. With the quality of these things, it was very very difficult to use them, wish I hadn’t spend a single rupee on those. And now that I did spend, I wish I got it all back considering the quality of 2/4 things. I didn’t have enough time to complain and exchange them or return them because if I did, I wouldn’t rent them at all.

Horrible, it spoiled my vacation, i had ordered the camera , but at the very last moment they didnt got and wanted to modify with another one, where i hardly had any time left to order, dont waste your time guys, they are unprofessional guys. Even reaching out to them is like 30 mins , in which they are suppose to call but dont. all their numbers are marked as SPAM.

Service are prompt, updates are live. Product safety is also good, the product i received is where the color of top wear and bottom wear are mismatch, No quality issues.

Ordered a Projector . Excellent Service. Right from delivery to Return. It was seamless. Only thing that can be improved is the customer service and their responses.

I will share my experience honestly in terms of communication and the service the website and operations are legit just need a bit of polishing. We originally booked an Xbox but received a PS5 instead. While we appreciated getting it for the same price, the console wasn’t pre-logged in and the controller didn’t work. Resolving everything took almost three days, which created a lot of friction for something we expected to be a simple plug-and-play experience.

We understand that customer support is only available until 11:59 p.m., but some customers can only use the product late at night, making unresolved setup issues especially frustrating.

There was also poor communication during collection. I booked a pickup slot between 2 and 3 p.m., but the driver arrived at 1:30 p.m. and called me unexpectedly. Overall, the service felt okay and we didn’t receive the smooth experience or the product we originally paid for.

From booking to delivery and customer support was seamless. I recommend as good option to rent and try out tech beforehand if you want to decide to buy it. Good platform.
