Ripoff rates rude customer service team, they will exploit your business to promote their own as they are struggling to survive use an alternative or bubble.

Waste of money, LITERALLY THEIR WEBSITES LOOK THE SAME AS 11 YEARS AGO. TRASH. Their "go" product feels like a slap on the face. Like you must have a super ugly looking and outdated website that seems to be from the 90's or you pay a ton of money for their flex product and their developers/ your own developer, plus fees per volume of sales (you can find talented developers to build your very own market place for WAYYY less)

Can't forget to add that they LIE and say the "go" version is fully customizable and can do things that it actually cant. and then when you talk to developers theres not much that can be changed.

THEY CHANGED THE FONT (ONLY ONE YOU CAN USE) ON THEIR GO PRODUCT AND THEY CALL THAT AN UPGRADE LOL

If you have tens of thousands of dollars to spare and test an idea with the only decent product they offer "flex" then go ahead. But for that same price might as well build your own market place with other website builders or hire a developer.

the "go" version they offer is functional but that's it besides that its horrendous, IT DOENST TRANSMIT ANY TRUST, I looks shady and super old.

PEOPLE... YOU KNOW IT DOESNT TAKE MUCH EFFORT TO WORK ON YOUR FRONTEND A LITTLE BIT...

BUT THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS, straight up money. if you want a barely decent looking landing page thats over a 100 dollars A MONTH for NO VALUE, if you're a student like me you can get a discount on website builders and pay those same hundred bucks for a whole year.

If you want your website to succeed, put a little more effort and it will pay off. everything they offer you can do yourself connecting third party services to your site.

This people are just against progress and innovation again THEIR WEBSITES LOOK THE SAME AS WHEN THEY STARTED LIKE 11 YEARS AGO, JUST RIDICULOUS

The UX (admin area) itself is very easy to understand, if you need a relatively simple marketplace solution that you can start in one day, they're probably the best (others that we've explored are more expensive and difficult). Ideal for a MVP

I love using their service. Every time I need help with something they reply within minutes. It's the perfect solution if you have any marketplace idea. No need to develop from scratch !

Sharetribe is a really interesting platform and their customer service is out of this world! The initial set up is really easy to follow with a provided checklist and I really enjoyed putting together the start of the marketplace. I would recommend it especially if you are planning on creating a services or rental marketplace. Straight retail is a little tricky in some areas but they're adding features all the time and are receptive to requests (although requests are always subject to development demand and timelines, of course). Considering the quick set up, amazing customer support and tutorials available, I would highly recommend giving it a try to see if it will work for your unique marketplace.

So far my experience with the Sharetribe platform and its team is really magnificent in all aspects. The platform itself is really straight forward and easy to navigate. Ofcourse You can and will encounter some minor problems as its expected from such an exstensive platform but wory not, the service team usualy responds quickly(max in an hour or so in my experience). Sharetibe is an excelent platform for people trying to build a marketplace for a fraction of a cost considering the traditional way of creating a marketplace (starting from scratch).

Even though the platform isn't something I'm going to be using their support system was extremely reliable and helpful. Being in the website building game this is the kind of support service you dream about.
