We are incredibly happy with the quality of the product received and the customer service provided. Living in the US, we were concerned about the logistics of shipping to our address. That wasn’t necessary. Sharland offers exceptional support. The bowl we ordered is a beautiful addition to our house!

I returned an item on the 3rd December to the fulfilment house via Royal Mail tracked and it was signed for on 5th Dec. I've had no acknowledgement and have reached out to the customer service team by email and also filled out an online form. I have had no acknowledgement of my email and no response. There's no phone number and this seems to be the only way to contact them. Not sure what to do next.

An exceptional customer service experience with this lovely company! I ordered 2 items to gift my Thanksgiving hostess. Sadly the votive candle set arrived chipped. I reached out to Sharland’s customer service representative concerned I would not receive a replacement in time for the Thanksgiving holiday! Sharland’s rep was apologetic and responsive! I just received the perfect new votive set in plenty of time for the holiday! In today’s digital, impersonal, electronic age it was refreshing to shop at a company with beautiful handmade goods and outstanding humans to back them up! Thank you SHARLAND!

I have a high regard for Sharland England. I accidentally ordered multiple numbers of the same item; the response to my email explaining my error was extremely fast, and the tone was kind. I am so appreciative of their timeliness and consideration. After my bungle was sorted, I ordered one item and am excited to receive it :)

After eyeing the Hadley tray for months, I finally placed my order. There was a small hiccup with the tray. Quinn's excellent customer service resolved the issue, and the beautiful, scalloped edge Hadley tray now sits on my coffee table in Santa Monica, Ca :)

Sharland were so helpful with my order - helping me deliver it on time and add a gift message. I know from past gift recipients that their products are lovely and now I know they have wonderful customer support as well.
