Smooth process
Lydia conducted my EPC recently and I cannot recommend her enough. The communication was super smooth, she kindly accommodated my schedule coming in the morning before I had to run off for work, and logged the EPC by the end of the day of the appointment.
She also shared some tips re the future EPC and how to ensure to get a good score next time with quick fixes.
