If I could rate one star I would. Was told my order was coming between 6-9pm, then got updated and told it would arrive between 7-7:30pm. Order came at 10pm!! What normal furniture delivers at this time. I got a builder to come and build the wardrobe the next day…one mirrored door had a huge crack on it and the other is the complete wrong door. First day they were replying saying don’t worry we will deliver 2 new ones that same evening. After that the company completely ghosted me, you think that it’s cheap and good quality however they are literally just selling damaged warehouse goods. They are taking peoples money and not providing them with what they promise. I will be reporting them to trading standards as I can now see from reviews this is a reoccurring thing.

Excellent service and product!

Delivery was incredibly quick — arrived much sooner than expected. The wardrobe looks absolutely amazing, exactly as pictured and even better in person. Assembly was so straightforward and easy, everything fitted perfectly without any issues. The quality feels really solid and great value for money. Would definitely recommend!

This company is a disgrace.
Dealing with this lot is wrong.
Keep you money they will rip you off.
No customer service of note just one mobile number where the guy just acts thick.!!!
Check out their sellers these people are fictitious aswel with no history on their pages.

Absolutely terrible experience, they sent damaged sofa and wardrobe which is bad enough, but their customer service is even worse. I’ve tried reaching out multiple times and have been completely ignored. The guy who answered the call says he has thousands of them selling their furniture what are you Apple or a Google!

This is beyond unprofessional it feels like they take your money and then disappear. No accountability, no support, nothing. Avoid this company at all costs.

Really disappointed with Loft Crafts Furniture. My order arrived damaged and some of the items were completely wrong. Since then, I’ve tried contacting them multiple times and haven’t received any response at all. Poor quality and even worse customer service. Would not recommend.

They delivered wardrobe, said fitter will come and hour later but no one showed. Finally, I found a fitter a few days later, only to discover one of the mirrored doors was cracked. They asked fornphotos and said replacement had been ordered and would take 7 to 10 days. That was since February. I sent a message on facebook amd was told in Mar h it was in process. Then silence till today. The wardrobe is not fully assembled and I am at a loss what to do. No response anymore nothing . Please beware. If something goes wrong they just air you.

I think they’ve got the worst customer service whatsoever, I ordered for a wardrobe which got delivered 16th of march, I tried coupling it but discovered that some items/accessories are missing. I reached out to them about it, the only option they provided was for a fitter to come fit it for a cost of £50 from me, I denied that and requested for the complete accessories and up till now they’ve ignored me up till now. Even right now the wardrobe is just lying there useless cos I can’t continue with the coupling. Their customer service keeps shouting at me over the phone as well.

A very professional company. Before I decided to make a purchase, they answered all my questions and concerns. After placing the order, they called me to confirm the size and color of the wardrobe. The wardrobe was delivered the next day and brought into the house.

On the day of delivery, the driver called me twice with updates on the expected arrival time.

Everything was handled professionally and without any issues. I wholeheartedly recommend them.

We ordered a white wardrobe with mirror 203cm , the quality is very high , the space is huge you have shelves and rails - a perfect wardrobe for a family. The service and the delivery guys very polite and helpful.

The wardrobe is good and the Quality is good and fast delivery

Absolutely awful they have left 2 old age pensioners with broken wardrobes dumped by a front door not even taken up to the flat no one would awnser and then told someone would be back within an hour to take upstairs and build which no one returned !! Disgusting service do not use

Dishonest and unreliable business, I have got a wrong delivery and the seller was very rude, they blocked me, stopped responding and refused to refund or replace, forcing me to accept while it’s my right to get what I paid for.
I DO NOT recommend this business as well as paying cash on delivery it should be through your bank so if anything went wrong your bank can help.
