I normally give 5 stars if I have reason too. I've just gone on the site looking at my last order that I reviewed and found that they had all been removed. I had genuine reasons for returning the whole order size issues etc. What's the point of giving a true and accurate review of the item that you rec'd (which is to help other buyers form an opinion of the item) if they're going to be removed.
If they didn't remove them perhaps they wouldn't get so many RETURNS.
Well this will be the last time I spend my time reviewing.

Great online shopping platform with a wide variety of products, from fashion to electronics

Speed X has done Shein a massive disservice, and Shein doesn't care. They all have me feeling scammed and exhausted. After 4 attempts to deliver my package they are obviously incapable. I mentioned that to folks at Shein, and they still will not refund me or resend my package. I have been on this issue every day for weeks now, submitted many tickets through the Shein website. They get back to me the next day but never actually resolve the issue. I get told to contact Speed X but they are nearly impossible to communicate with. Luckily, I am using Klarna to make payments and they were much better. I was able to report it to them and they put a stop to the payments. If this happens to anyone, hope that helps. They will report Shein and investigate. Thank God! I'll never order Shein again. Not worth the stress and time. I'd rather invest in American made goods and services anyway. You get what you pay for. I am so pleased to have discovered this company. The clothing and products purchased have been good quality and affordable prices. I had a defective zip on one item and my complaint was handled in a timely manner and full refund given.
Returns are simple and refunds made quickly.
I cannot fault this company
I am 73 and like nice, affordable and quality clothing. The perfect site for a little treat.

The package that I was suppose to receive was stolen on Thursday November 3rd. I spoke to a customer service representative on the app during a live chat. I am so happy and grateful. Shein was really nice about it. I had never had a problem before. And I love Shein products. They resend my order back out to me. And they even put urgent on it. I did get my package on Monday November 21. I signed up with informed delivery. So I will know exactly when my packages are arriving. Thank you Shein for everything.

I've recently started ordering from Shein and while the quality of the material isn't what you'd get from Macy's/Dillards (what you would expect for $10 a top), I really like the tops I've ordered and the price is great and so is the size!!! I'll continue to order from them.

been shopping on shein for 2 years, almost 3, all of the complaints on here never happened to me. everything is so cheap and usually good quality, refunding is flawless and customer service always gets back to me if i have a complaint about an item, sometimes they let me keep my refunded items. 10/10 would recommend shopping here 🫶

Shein has a great selection of plus sized clothing! Their jewelry is amazing! I got my favorite nose ring from them as well. Shipping is quick (imo)

I see a lot of people complaining about the price.. if you can’t afford it then don’t buy it. They have so many offers and coupons to help you save money (even though your items are already cheap.) You just need to take a second and copy and paste the coupon code.

They charged me a £33 handling/shipping fee and I cannot get through to them to find out if I will get a refund on this when I send some of the items back. Customer service is appalling, as they keep saying they are too busy even on the chat service. Had good service previously, but will never use again. Absolutely no way currently to speak to a human for assistance - very frustrating

Have shopped successfully with Shein for over a year but sadly the first time something goes wrong I hit problems. My orders tracking has stopped in this country but their bot does not understand my question so I’m at a loss. Reminiscent of Hermes! Will think carefully about future orders. My order no. Orderd by shein, package never arrived and they will not pay me back! Terrible service at the chat only with a robot that replays the same over and over again! Dhl service trows packages many time for the front door whitout ringing the bell.

Shein deserves a 0 for their ratings. It’s obvious no one is listening to my complaint. I’ve been directed back to the website that I’ve been having problems with. I provided my email address and order number. How come a return label couldn’t have been generated from that. I’m not ordering from this company again. Shein sucks!!!

My items look great love her but delivery took far to long. But received good customer service and coupon for my next order.

I buy so many things from here, always really good sizing and fabrics. The delivery takes a while but sometimes it's less than the expected date which is great. love it
