Sadly I have to rate them 1 star. I like the products but the customer support simply does not reply. I've sent multiple requests, more than a month ago, but they just don't reply.
Lieferzeit ungleich Bearbeitungszeit
Die Shelly Produkte sind soweit in Ordnung, aber bestellt bloß nicht über die eigene Homepage. Die angegebenen Lieferzeiten werden nicht eingehalten, weil zusätzlich noch Bearbeitungszeit dazukommt, was explizit nicht erwähnt wird. Kauft lieber über Amazon oder ähnliche Websites.
Bait and Switch
I ordered a dress shown on the Hey Shelly website. The photo is identical to the same dress photo on another site where I saw it originally. The size I needed was out of stock on the original site but available at Hey Shelly. I had read reviews reporting poor experiences with this site, but I placed an order and hoped for the best. Unfortunately, the dress I received was similar to the website photo in color only. This dress was ordered for Homecoming, but the item I received was more like a child’s Halloween costume. It is made of inexpensive material and sequins on a slip-like plain design. I have requested return authorization.
Don't use, hopeless support, faulty product.
I thought Shelly were meant to be a good company, how wrong I was.
I have a plug, that took 4 times longer to deliver than they said it would, that randomly turns itself off.
Support is hopeless, will take this up with PayPal to try to get a refund.
Steer clear of this company.
Shelly products are amazing through and…
Shelly products are amazing through and through. I have 30+ devices. Switches, Relays bulbs work perfectly and allow for detailed settings and to me it is very intuitive. Smart home automation in an easy and economical way. What needs improvements are Motion2 detectors and Shelly Blue Door/Window. That's still a bit buggy but as I can see steady OTA firmware updates bring improvements. So despite that, I am a big Shelly fan and proud that Shelly is a European company actually!

Product ok, but do not buy from them directly
There is nothing wrong with the product, but their customer service/logistics department is NOT functional.
I ordered directly from their online store on May 7th, and was told that it had been shipped on May 10th. May 15 was the last time there was an update on track&trace, and I contacted their customer service, after which they filled me with lies about where the package was, ending with the claim that it was not their fault at all, but that their courier had made a mistake and the package should be at customs in Denmark, and that I should just write to Postnord and get them to find the package.
Postnord had never received the package, and therefore it was not with customs either.
Only after I opened a case with Paypal and objected to the payment did something happen, because suddenly the package appeared, only 6 days after I opened the case with Paypal, and without stamps or stickers from customs, which all packages that end up with them are provided with !
That was the final proof that they was lying all the time about where the package was !
Love this little devices
I was looking thru this review list and noticed some people are talking about Dress(s) :), Shelly.cloud makes home automation products. Anyway, I'm happy with it. I got a Shelly Plus i4 and the Shelly T&H thermostat (the one with the screen). If you can make sure when you buy it fits the country you live in (for US the UL is preferred). I was able to with this Thermostat more stuff you can with other more expensive ones. I live in US and my house has an Evaporative cooler (swamp cooler), old school and there is not much automation for this system on the market. I was able to control 2 TP-Link switches with this thermostat via Alexa, with Google Assistant is not working, the app only sees the humidity part of the thermostat. The setup and integration weren't too hard. TIP, Trying to connect with Bluetooth at the first setup, is easier than trying to connect via IP.
I like their products, but not their logistics
I like their products. Unfortunately I placed an order direct to shelly (so far was buying from amazon). They do not shipped my 80$ order for , apparently, a face plate ( a few bucks) which is in preorder for 4 weeks. I asked them to ship what is available. Twice, no answer!! Dont buy direct
Excellent products
This feels like the smart home brand I've been looking for. Excellent hardware, quality documentation, and the possibilities are huge because there are so many ways to interact with them. Good for the general consumer, but particularly great for someone like me who wants an open platform on which they can program their own setup.
Shipping was pretty slow, but that's been the case for a lot of electronics recently.
Horrible customer service- scam
Wrong item delivered and not on time (I paid for expedited shipping- almost 2 weeks). Customer service was horrible and they blamed error on postal service telling me that the postal service would have to handle the return and shipping would not be refunded. Now stuck with a cheap dress that I way overpaid for that I didn’t want

I paid $25 for expedited shipping. Never received shipment info or tracking info until I requested it multiple times. When received, they didn’t send it in the expedited manner, so it did not arrive in the 5-7 business days that there’re website stated, it arrived on the 13th business day, which was after the date of the event planning which it was purchased for. Also, replies to my customer service requests were slow and did not answer the questions asked. When dress arrived late it was very poor quality AND WAS A ROMPER NOT A DRESS. I have requested a refund WHICH WILL PROBABLY GET IGNORED.

It honestly seems unlikely that the positive reviews are written by actual customers.
I ordered a smart thermostat from them and the thing is disastrous. Not only are the adapters for the valves made so cheaply that they will not fit. (You need to order an additional adapter made from metal from amazon, otherwise there is no chance in hell youll get the thing to work). The integration into the cloud requires a masters in IT. The app itself doesnt really work at all and when you try to connect a device to it that doesnt work either. You then have to find out the IP of the device youre looking to connect the app to, a process that took me over an hour of googling and trial and error (even though im usually quite good at this sort of thing). Even then the app still didnt work even though the device was now connected.
In the end we didnt even manage to connect the thing to the heater! This was after hours of trying, googling and asking our electrician neighbour for help.
DO NOT BUY THIS PROTECT! THIS IS BORDERLINE A SCAM!

Item show up as "in stock" but no, so you order them. Then you get the amount removed from your account, but they don't send it without any warning that there was no stock or anything. It seems the management of stock is extremely poor and the communication is also lagging. I cancelled my order and got the refund and also a mesage that the item would be in stock 2 months later.
A good.honest business with an excellent product line
A genuinely good and honest business. I found the best route for support to be their Reddit group. I find their devices to be reliable and work really well. I have had minor issues, but perseverance with support has helped and they are rectified.
De trækker pengene med leverer ikke varen
Jeg bestilte et stor bunke plugs til Black Friday. Shelly påstår at det er leveret til det Bulgarske postvæsen, og de skulle tilsyneladende have leveret det videre til GLS Danmark. Men pakken findes ikke i GLS tracking system. Jeg har bedt om en refund, men den ticket har de syltet.
great products but don't buy here
why not to order direct from the company without resellers ? I initially thought... worst decition in this case. Took very long to ship and they shipped only half the order. The remaining upfront paid funds they just charged as "shipping service fee". Paypal case opened, I'll only pay for the items i received.

Very very poor non existent service
Very very poor. I cannot recommend. The actual product they produce and sell is very good however the purchase experience via their store is as bad as it gets. As a trial I originally bought their product via shellystore in UK and was so impressed with their product I thought Id go direct for a second purchase. Wrong choice. Bad idea. Zero communications even though I raised tickets to track what had happened to my order as they had received payment but did not send anything or communicate anything. Even though I requested order via DHL to expedite delivery. The moral is if you want to buy their product do not buy it direct from them. Buy it from a trusted reseller. I really dont know how they operate and make a profit based on this type pf customer approach. Maybe they treat their retail customers poorly in Bulgaria focussing on wholsale/reselling? Either way, steer clear from their online store.
VERY BAD , Delivery does not exist!
VERY BAD I bought two products, and never came . After one month of waiting and contacts via email with "customer services " which suggest to make my own investigation that where are them, i dispute the payment on paypal .Thanks god that i was paid with paypal and not other way. I suggest .READ REVIEWS BEFORE BUY!!!
