Parts still not available three months later my order
I've ordered directly from the Shelly europe website in mid January. The money was taken from my bank account two days later, but today, more than three months later, I'm still waiting for my order.
Answer receive from the Shelly customer service : some parts are still missing... sorry.
I love these products
I love these products, I have installed around 30 of these devices on my home, and they work really good.
The shipping always worked fine and the support is great. I only have good words for this company.
On paper seem like the ideal products…
On paper seem like the ideal products for making your home smart, but there are some unacceptable deficiencies: For starters, the app is really poorly built, with very long loading times, which makes you get up and flick the button anyways. Second, the customer service is garbage, my products couldn't seem to connect to the cloud, so updates and remote control did not work for me. I emailed customer service to help with this problem, sending detailed videos and explanations of all the steps I took, but eventually they gave up on me.
My advice: Don't choose Shelly just because they are a little bit cheaper compared to the rest. You will pay for it.
Great products, terrible shop/shipping
I really like the Shelly products and the first ones I ordered through Amazon. Shelly had a Black Friday offer, so I ordered more directly from them. We are almost 3 weeks further and every week I get an email that delivery is postponed another week. Now all of a sudden they are missing a part and again the promised shipping is delayed another week. Overall they have great products but it's a terrible online shop. If you want Shelly products, order locally or from Amazon. The few bucks you pay more is certainly worth it.
I really wanted to like this company
I really wanted to like this company - cool innovative products, however sorry to say that I have to repeat other views noted here. Good products, shoddy company, rude & ineffective customer service - they really could not care less. Same story, ordered product marked as 'in stock' waited the silly long time they take to dispatch, then a couple of days extra, still nothing was sent, no effort to communicate was made. On asking I was told the product was out of stock and to 'be patient' which considering I had been more than patient I found to be rather rude and unnecessary. I asked if when in stock they could ship DHL as a goodwill gesture and to help make up the time lost, that apparently is impossible, they honestly did not seem to care one jot. Order cancelled, there are plenty of other options, shop away folks, find a company that does not treat the customer with utter disdain.
Really great products
Really great products, and with their divide to device communication I can now integrate with my old IHC system using IHC Captain. But best of all is the Support - it is second to none. Even better if: I would like to have faster shipping.
Never experienced worse and more bizarre customer service.
Ordered items on the 9th of July through Shelly.Cloud and receive an order confirmation stating that the delivery time is 3 - 7 buissiness days, the same day on the 9th of July I also receive a dispatch advice with tracking information - so my items are on their way.
I subsequently check my package's tracking information daily and can see that it arrives at a transit point on 13th July, where it is apparently transhipped to a new carrier and with a new tracking number, subsequently there are no updates on the original tracking number and neither the original tracking number. The newly assigned tracking number is not recognized by the new carrier. Maybe the package may not show up - on the 20th of July I ask the Shelly Support Team to update me with a status of whether I can expect to receive my goods and when - ShellyCloud says it's on it way - I wait another 2 days and ask again a status of my shipment and points out that I will ask my bank to cancel my payment transaction if ShellyCloud can not within 2 business days send tracking information about where the package is or it has been delivered to my address - the answer is that I have to wait.
On the 27th of July I am once again asking for tracking information that can show that the package has been sent and on its way to my address - the answer is that it is on its way to my address, no tracking information is provided to substantiate this claim.
As the very patient person I am, I try to contact ShellyCloud again, but to my great surprise I receive a Postmaster message that my message could not be delivered to the recipient's email address for the following reasons: ?? Service unavailable; Client host ?? blocked using a junk email filter
WHAT it is not true - a seller and manufacturer / online shop that blocks customers' email address as junk / spam - ie customers who have spent money on buying the company's products, even a lot of money, so be careful out there the only thing you get for yours is a long nose, inconvenience and an extremely poor service - to eventually disappear completely: o) and by the way no goods.

Did not work very well, did not update temperature and it was also incorecct the few times it did.Would not buy it again!
Always losing sinal
Always losing sinal, stop counting TOTAL values with no understandable reason; slow to react and as far as I understand its extremely difficult so change wi-fi source, and needs to refresh all the time. Its very ship, but you quickly understand why!
Poor customer Service
Ordered 3 items on the 16th of May, order confirmation said will be posted on 26th and delivered by 29th. Not sent on 26th, no contact from Shelly to keep me informed. When i contact them they say item not in stock, they never mentioned this when i made the purchase. New delivery 10th of june. When i tell them i wish to cancel, they start the run around process to make this as difficult as possible.
It is a shame this good product is let down by terrible customer service.
Good devices but terrible customer services.
I have almost 50 devices running in my home some of them cause me some headaches to make it work, but usually is straight forward. Their products are excellent no questions about that, maybe one or another seems to be like Chinese quality, like window/door and temperature sensors but the customer service is terrible as well as shipping. The support make you wait for a loooong time to get an answer, the shipping is not handled well, they use really poor packaging, take 10 days to send your order out and charges too much for the size and weight of it.
I would give 5 stars for the product but the terrible shipping and customer service made me drop 2 stars.
Great idea, shocking company
Great idea, great hardware, OK software, absolutely shambles of a company.
Support is impossible to get hold of. They haven't even dispatched my order in one month. After chasing numerous times I finally got a response to say that they hadn't dispatched it because one of the items in the entire order was out of stock. They didn't inform me of this or offer to dispatch the rest of the order to compensate for the delay.

Great products with a fantastic customer support. The only drawback is that the support uses Facebook which isn't the choice for everybody.
At first
At first, one year ago, I bought just few wifi temperature and humidity sensor and few wireless switches (shelly1) to try to control my underfloor heating. One year later I am happy owner of more than 50 devices. Never ever meet the company which is so responsive and in close contact with their customers like Dimitar Dimitrov, CEO of this company is. There is always some space for little improvements but this is fast growing company with exponential market expansion and some time will be needed to polish all aspects of business. So far, thumps up.

Perfect products for home automation…
Perfect products for home automation for people with a bit of tech knowledge. Support is great, community pretty active. They keep the pricing very low, so expect a bit of wait time if the items from your order are not in stock.
All shellies are very hackable, you can use your own firmware if desired. Stock firmware is solid and updated often.

Shipping is slow to NZ like 20 days. But shipping times much better than AliExpress. And worth the wait.
