Very efficient, tidy and friendly. An excellent job.

From my initial enquiry the customer service experience was oustanding. Rob (the MD) was very responsive and proactive and this filters through to his team. The engineers respected my house and were very polite, keeping me informed and explaining their work throughout the job. They finished leaving everything very clean and tidy. I'd highly recommend this company.

Have used Rob and team multiple times for a new boiler, leaks, installation of new radiators/ swapping old ones. I've also switched to Utility Warehouse. Great team, always happy with the work. Great to find a trade that deliver at a reasonable price.

I had a new bundled oil tank 1100 ltr fitted to replace an old condemned tank. A new base was laid and new pipe work to the house was laid underground in a trench. The whole job was done in a very tidy fashion, everything looked very neat and tidy. The new tank was connected and clean oil was transferred to the new tank. All pipelines were clipped neatly. The system fired up first time. Garden area was made good. The whole job was excellent and I'm very pleased with how it turned out. I would definitely recommend these guys and with not hesitate to use their services again.

An excellent service from start to finish. After being disappointed by the experience with British Gas, I looked into local plumbing/gas companies and Shelter-Adams appeared in the results. Reviews were positive so I got in touch. The man behind it all, Rob, replied very promptly with all the required information and a competitive price (much less than what British Gas charge), so a gas fire and gas boiler service were booked.

The gentleman carrying out the service arrived on time and was very professional in his conduct. Friendly, polite, very considerate of being in someone's house and carried out the work to a very high standard and kept my parents up to date on exactly what was being done and why. Also very honest in explaining how a very simple setting on the boiler was the main culprit for several issues they'd been having, rather than exaggerating the issue, that some other less honest companies might have tried to do. Gas and Boiler services were fully completed and everything working as described. If every employee at the company is like this individual, then you are in very good hands.

Cost was very competitive and excellent value for money.

Rob himself has been excellent throughout; replied to all enquiries (didn't think he'd be responding to them all personally) very promptly and addressed any queries.

I'm more than happy to recommend this company to others and will be looking to have our annual services done with Shelter-Adams again. Many thanks again for a great experience

A very quick response to the original enquiry.Rob called round to give me a quote very quickly too. I did get another quote from a local company that I’d used in the past. It was only for comparison though as I’d used Rob before to service the boiler at my daughter’s house last year. He was the only person I could get any sense from to do that small job. I’m one of these people who likes a company to do exactly as they promise. Anyway the boiler installation was arranged for last Thursday. The engineers arrived as promised at 8:30 . They worked very tidily and the job was done by about 2:30. There was no mess left whatsoever. All in all an excellent job from start to finish. Highly recommended.

I have been using Shelter Adams for a number of years they are professional clean and punctual their work is impeccable with a cared for installation. Recently my boiler sprung a leak and someone came round to look at it due to age and the part Shelter Adams quoted for the part but at my request also quoted on a replacement boiler whereas we decided to have a new one as the old boiler was over 16 years old and it’s that gamble “what next” they arrived when they said they would do and installed the new boiler and advised on the controls they left my utility room clean and tidy with no mess whatsoever I would highly recommend this company who you can trust and are excellent in their finish👍

Discovered this fantastic company via the Worcester Bosch fast track service. Upon reaching out, Rob quickly replied with a quote that suited our needs. The installation of the new boiler was scheduled at a time that worked perfectly for us. Rob and the team of engineers consistently demonstrated professionalism and politeness, maintaining a high standard of work. We enthusiastically recommend this company for any boiler needs you may have.

I phoned Shelter-Adams they were very busy but booked me in for 3 days time, 9th December. A big victorian house with 4 floors.Shane worked 8 hours to power flush the whole system. All radiators now work. Top service and decent price.

Needed a hive fitted in our static caravan to protect it over the winter. Gave us a quote and fitted us in before bad weather, no mess installation, sorted out problem with hive app and has worked brilliantly. Would highly recommend and will be phoning in the summer to have boiler serviced. Many thanks.

Rob and his team are brilliant. We had a pre-Xmas emergency and within 24 hours our failing boiler had been inspected, assessed and a new boiler quoted for. Installed within 72 hours, the day before Christmas Eve. I can’t recommend Shelter Adams highly enough.

An amazing service from Shelter-Adams. As soon as we called Rob, we had a friendly and professional welcome. We had our old water tanks removed and a Worcester Bosch combination boiler installed. Rob came to assess the job and sent two top class engineers, Alan & Ashar, to carry out the work. They were really professional, tidy and communicated clearly what they were doing while working on the job. We are thrilled with our new boiler and would highly recommend Rob and the team.

We were suddenly left (entirely at our own fault) without hot water and central heating when our ancient boiler finally gave up the ghost. This company, at their busiest time of the year, came to our rescue and assessed, quoted on and carried out the work we needed really quickly installing a new boiler with minimum fuss in double quick time.
All the staff we encountered were polite, friendly, effective and knowledgeable.
