Really smooth transition. Officers actively working on loan and its easy to reach them. Both processor and loan officer responded to me, called me, and told me step by step what was needed from me. They updated me constantly about what was happening on their end. Jordan my officer was timely, thorough, and consistent. Definitely recommend him.
