Terrible Company!!! Amazon uk. I have been a customer of Amazon for a very long time, purchased family gifts, christmas, birthdays etc every year and brought stuff throughout the year too!! Couple of months ago my sonic the hedgehog mad daughter asked for a sonic teddy, so i looked on Amazon, great they had a sonic movie official teddy in a box for £10 on offer!! The item I received from Amazon can only be described as a second hand looking, filthy, stinking, ripped open looking thing, chucked in a filthy stinking carrier bag, then sent in a Amazon box, when i contacted customer services I told them I was not happy, to be told to send it back and get a refund!! I then wrote an honest review about the item, just letting other people know to be careful because even though it may be described as brand new, you may not receive new. Amazon told me they couldnt post my review as it didnt meet company standards. (Uh no,basically it was honest). Since cancelling my Amazon Prime (which I feel is also overpriced for what is is) compared to Netflix etc. I will never buy from Amazon again!!! At least I no longer go home to boxes thrown on my front path. Never Looked back!!!

Virgin Coconut Oil, Raw Cold-Pressed, 500 ml, Glass Jar in Box it's arrived damaged as the glass jar smashed to smiderin because it was very little cushioning to protect it. Contacted Amazon customers services for refund/ replacement of my product but to date Amazon still have not replied or replace my order. Very dissatisfied with Amazon for the service as a Prime member and a regular shopper with Amazon I am so put off by this and now decided to avoid doing more shopping with them.

Post Office person tries to check it in. Does not appear to work. His words : “The machinery Amazon supply us with is crap. None of it works” However he gives me proof of posting.
2 phone calls later I am still waiting for a refund.
Their “ online assistant” ( bot) is rubbish, you just go around in circles.
Eventually found a phone number. Told to wait another week and if I’ve not received refund to call again. In other words “ I don’t know what to do so wait, call again and hopefully you’ll not get me”
I’m now asking myself do I really need Amazon in my life ? I can dump Alexa and go to Google as well. Every cloud

I ordered a product from a retailer that uses Amazon shipping.
At first the Amazon shipping notification claimed the product was delivered, but it wasn't and I was in the house all day.
The retailer ordered a replacement at their charge and Amazon shipping claimed they tried to deliver this one, but couldn't as no-one was home. Yet I was home and again no-one came.
I tried a further time and the same happened again. I have home cameras that show absolutely nothing at the claimed delivery times.
Amazon shipping are absolute garbage, do not under any circumstances use them to either send or receive parcels. They are an embarrassment to the rest of the Amazon brand.
What a joke
Rang doorbell, put photos (packaged in thin cardboard) on the floor in the rain and ran away. Didn’t wait for an answer, didn’t put in a cupboard next to the door. Photos are ruined. Got an email saying the photos were in the mail slot which is not true. Terrible service. I now have to waste time arguing for all photos (hundreds) to be reordered free of charge, and have to hope the next courier doesn’t leave the photos on the floor in the rain. You should be ashamed to provide such a poor service
Amazon shipping awful experience
Ordered a product that was meant to be delivered by Amazon shipping. 2 “attempts” of delivery have been made. I’ve been at home all day on both days and no delivery attempts were made. When I spoke to Amazon, I was told that the driver ran into an issue but could not provide me with what those issues were and told me to speak to the business I ordered it from and that it wasn’t there issue to sort out.
Do not use!
I only gave 1 star because it was the minimum allowed.!

I am a 72-year-old pensioner on a state pension. I saved up £289 for a DJI microphone. It was faulty so I sent it back. They collected it from my home and were supposed to deliver it to Amazon. As far as I can see they have lost it or delivered it to the wrong address. Amazon said I would have to wait 60 days for a refund, after 60 days I telephoned, and to my amazement, Amazon had blocked my number, so I could not talk to them. I got through to the chat line and they told me categorically they could find this product and they were not going to refund my money.  I have been an Amazon customer for many years. Shame on you this is an absolute disgrace. Thankfully my excellent NatWest bank after a thorough investigation has made a goodwill gesture and refunded this money. This does not excuse Amazon from its responsibility, the very least they could have done was to investigate this matter.

Very disappointed with the service I have received.
I was meant to receive a delivery by Yun express of a product ordered on Amazon.
It has not arrived on the date it was meant to. I tracked it and it has been sitting in their warehouse for two days.
The reviews on Trustpilot for Yun express are terrible. Only 1.5 stars.
This begs the question why Amazon have anything to do with them.
Shame on you Amazon, find efficient, trustworthy business partners.
Air delivery
Ordered a game on Amazon they gave us a delivery date and time then on that day told us it will be the next day my wife was in the front room and heard loud music from outside when she looked there was the delivery driver at our front gate which is about 20feet he didn't even open the gate but through the parcel at the front door and went back to his van not the service you expect.

Ordered 3 items together on 12th April. Next day Amazon said payment had been declined, they sent 4 messages via email, that does not accept replies. My bank confirmed payment was made, £238.10 and sent me confirmation and extract from my account. I made over 30 attempts to contact Amazon Uk via telephone, email and their ‘customer service’ page on the internet. No response at all. Then yesterday 14th I received notification via email the items were dispatched to me in Spain due to arrive 25/04. Again a no reply email. Today, I received a notification via Alexa that the items were held at customs pending my import tax number??? I have never worked in Spain, had a home here for 12 years, never been asked for an import tax number and have made over 1000 purchases from Amazon Uk, Germany and spain in that period. I am in very poor health and do not need this stress. I cannot contact anyone at Amazon to ask why they have taken this action but I suspect it is because they were proven to have messed up on my payment and were proven wrong. A disgusting service who have no right to claim a department purporting a customer service process. It has to be the worst company in the world for denial of contact with its customers, in my case now, lost customer.

Amazon shipping has terrible service. Cannot speak to account manager? keeps going around and around in circles.
You commit to ship more but then they increase their rates by 50% despite having a statment that says the following and says you will automatically receive cheaper rates if you increase your commitment.
“The rates applied for your account are accurate based on your current volume trends and we’re unable to negotiate. As part of our standard process, we continue to review your rates periodically and automatically adjust them based on a variety of factors. it includes any increase in volume to ensure you’re always receiving the best possible pricing.
also Our price changes reflect your current volume commitment with us. We will automatically adjust your prices to the most competitive tiers per your volume commitment. We will always offer you cheaper rates automatically, if you increase your commitment and ship more volume with us. Due to this, there is no need for you to contact Amazon Shipping to negotiate rates.”
I would avoid using amazon shipping!

No idea how a multi billion dollar company has such bad service and operates in such a way. Even if you try to call them to speak to them, the actual team with the ability to help you does not share any details and you end up wasting so much time.
