THANKS NIKKI

The advisor was very helpful . Nikki is excellent.

Value for money!

Found Ship cars online - it had good reviews on trust pilot, so took the chance. Shipped a car from the UK to Zambia and they were great.

Nikki responds quickly to all queries and lets you know upfront what is required.
Thanks Nikki!

The agent in Namibia needed more following up and doubled their original quote without explanation - but hey I got the car.

Excellent service as ever. Even during a testing time of lockdowns and isolation in a pandemic, a clear and professional service.

I am very impressed about the service I received from Shipcars when shipping my vehicle. I communicated mostly with the lady called Nikki who was very professional and patient with me.
This company deserves 5 stars.
I was advised on what papers to organise eg Letter of Authority and Import Permit as well as all the relevant papers needed.
Organising the Letter of Authority and Import Permit saved me also money as I did not have to be charged by the agency for these,
I love efficiency and excellence and that is what I received.

The vehicle was shipped on the 20th of September 2021 as promised and arrived on the 14th of October 2021.
Many thanks.

The company has delivered my car from London, U.K. to Nicosia, Cyprus in perfect condition and at a reasonable cost. Though there were some delays at the U.K. side, the rest of the transition went smoothly. Will definitely use this service again.

I needed to export a vehicle to Kenya.
The service was very good. They even collected the vehicle from the dealer, had it inspected and took it to the port for shipping. It was really convenient for me.

Good service

It was my first time using ship cars ltd. The customer service I received from NIKKI. Was definitely a10. I would definitely used them again in the future. And I would recommend ship cars ltd to anyone of my colleagues. Thanks again for the lovely and friendly service 10 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️. Very happy customer.

Absolute awful experience from start to finish, ship did not leave turkey until 3 days after it was supposed to, had to pay storage charges and other unknown charges to get it on the ship, nightmare not over yet even though the vehicle is back in the UK and sold, hmrc are chasing me to fill in forms as if I've imported the vehicle from turkey (it is a UK registered car) I have emailed ship cars UK to assist me with this and they haven't even replied. Never again.

Very helpful and made the process of shipping my car easy and stress free. Thank you

It was a great a experience doing business for the first time! It felt like dealing with people i have known for a long time, they were very kind and assisted me in making sure that the car was in the yard, ready for shipping. I will use the same company next time i buy a car again.
