Whilst I appreciate the reply on here. I only reviewed on this site due to no responses from customer services to any of my emails. The ‘dispatched’ email link was not updated for 2 weeks hence my emails to check that it was in transit & not lost. Once the shirts arrive I will happily update the rating.
Ordered 3 tops in one order - they haven’t turned up despite a “dispatched” email 2 weeks ago.
Several email to ask for an update have been ignored - suspect it may be a scam.

In the email which notified you your item has been dispatched there is also a tracking link in which you can view how close to delivery your shirts are. Additionally, it is clear on the website that delivery overall takes 9-16 days. It is funny that you review us a 1 star rating before you even received the shirts, please wait for this to happen before making a judgement - especially as the delivery is still within the timeframe provided.

This is a total lie; any dangerous link you received is not from us. We do not send any emails requesting extra charges for your order once your single purchase was made. Why would we even try get your information in this way when we already have it when you made an order? Also, we have ran your name through our orders and there is no purchase to match. We believe you have gotten very confused with the company which you are reviewing, please ensure to actually research before posting fake reviews.

Shirt Mystery has excellent customer service and was quick to respond to my messages when I had a question. They were able quickly to resolve any issues, I had.
