I liked the ease of access, the text updates and also the post testing aftercare for a positive result of an STi. The professionalism of the staff regarding treatment particularly the personal messages from Sophia ensuring I sought treatment was both thorough in their work but also much appreciated by myself ... being able to test at home and post samples through the mail is much more convenient than having to go to a sexual health clinic....

Such a valuable free service in most of London. Only issue is the difficulty of extracting blood. Drip by drip for me. But that’s up to me not the company. Test. Put in the post. Results in a few days.
