I have been using SHL.UK for many years now and I have always been happy with there service. It has been convenient for me to test at home and keep a check on my health instead of going to a clinic all the time. Test results are always accurate and given within a good number of days before receiving. If issues arise you tend to be contacted by them through text or phone call. The website is easy to use and navigate

This is an incredible service and that it’s free is almost miraculous: quick, discreet, easy to use so nobody misses out, and with sms, calls and emails following up on anything that may need discussing. SHL is an incomparably excellent service. High level of communication, clear information and real trust and security around my sexual health. I can’t recommend their services enough. It’s a model of what world class health services should be.

Even though we appreciate the online service... you have symptoms and ordering online it takes time for the ticket to arrive also way long time for the results to come back... meanwhile your symptoms gets worse while waiting this long time. Then you have to wait 2 days for a booking slot. Last time ive done and still needed a treatment it took all together 9 days from the order online till I get an appointment to be treated. Online service supposed to help those that cannot take a day off from work to go to a walk in centre.

Kind treatment and quick response

They refused to let me have a test of cure before 5 weeks without taking into consideration why I might need it for personal, emotional, mental, and or psychological reasons which are all valid! We all know they're just being cheap as a greedy private company outsourced by the NHS. I hope they lose their contract and go out of business ASAP. They've just left me crying at 9 in the morning after completely ignoring what I have to say and failing to help me. Terrible terrible terrible and INFLEXIBLE organisation!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! THIS IS NOT A QUALITY HEALTHCARE SERVICE PROVIDER
