Poor service all the way around. My ordered was split in two and I got the fronts in a week. The rears came three weeks later. I emailed and got corporate double speak saying they were working on it. I called and was put on hold for 20 mins. All around a bad experience.

The suspension items I needed were in stock and competitively priced. I liked that the company is in the Midwest. The items were accurate, well packed and received without damage. Not the fault of the company, but KYB recommended always replacing shock mounts with new struts. The mounts on my Civic were like new. The solid plastic bearing ring is available elsewhere for low cost. The cost of restocking plus shipping seemed excessive, so I bypassed the hassle of returning and grudgingly just installed the new mounts.

Their website needs updating to include 2018 thru 2025 jeep wrangler JL & JLU vehicles. I purchased a set of shocks that were the wrong ones because of this. They charged a restocking fee of 10% plus return freight.

I was told I could cancel part. of order but that didn't happen. my part # 11-317555 must of been back ordered. I didn't have time to wait for it so I fabricated my own bracket i should have been notified about delay when ordered i would have purchased these elsewhere. Now to return bracket you are charging me 25.00$ . That is lousy customer service i should not have to pay for your mistakes if I am not refunded full amount I will never do business with your company. Very dissatisfied
