Don't order from Shoewang. I ordered a blood glucose monitor and was sent an oximeter instead the customer service is not helping with the issue of receiving the wrong item. It appears that if you order from Shoewang.com they will not make it right. So in conclusion don't waist your money purchasing from this company

Ordered women's 7.5 and received an EU40 Very obviously way too big. Weren't Clark's as advertisement showed. Supplied all information to receive return mailing address and was told they were fine and donate them if I didn't want them. Still waiting to hear back after my 2nd email asking to return. The shoes I received were advertised as Clark’s. They are not Clark’s. Very cheap material.

Items are not as advertised. Improperly sized, incredibly cheap material, not even close to what was photographed on the site. Inflexible, cheap material, especially for the price.

SHOEWANG...They lie in their sizing chart and they lie about the return policy. Sent me a 3X . I ordered an XL. Sent all documents required for refund. Told me keep sweater. After many non-productive emails offered 50% off on another order...Conclusion donated item to local thrift and I am out $56. Tried credit card but already paid out. That's why order took over 1 month to fulfill.

You advertise a fuzzy fleece jacket the jacket I received is plaid but it is by means not a fuzzy fleece. I rate your product as the lowest I can because the product doesn't meet what was advertised online and when trying to get a refund you refuse.

The shoes were received and they were of inferior materials, not true to size and the color was far off what was advertised

I wrote to them requesting a return and refund and for the last 3 weeks I've been sent multiple emails, all AI generated, refusing to refund stating that they are suffering from a financial crisis. Their site advertises a 100% guarantee and they are not honoring.
