It's the first time that I've needed to use a service like this and I honestly thought that it was going to be an absolute nightmare. But not so. I found Shootcert to be first class. I just filled out the online form and paid the required fee and Shootcert did the rest. Brilliant. Thanks very much.

Shoot cert have been extremely quick to process all the relevant medical documentation for my shotgun certificate renewal to send off to the firearms dept.
The web site was easy to navigate and understand once we new what we had to look for.

After submitting gp proforma to gps who then took two weeks to tell me they no longer do renewals and didn’t know who does them now! a quick search gave me the shootcert website and enough positive feedback from the likes of cpsa and basc ,within minutes I had the paperwork required to get the ball rolling ! Taken two weeks much faster than dealing direct with the Gp .

Great experience with you while generating the documents. However, a few queries have risen since and non of my emails have been acknowledged, even follow up emails.
Such a shame.
Hopefully it’s just an oversight and you will respond.

I chose to use this company because it was recommended in Basc.
It was easy to fill a form in on line. The process was easy to follow.
I don't have a printer so they printed out the paperwork for the Doctor. I then took it to the Doctors. The paperwork when completed was sent to Shootcert who sent it to me to forward to the Police when submitting the renewal shotgun/firearm form.

Very disappointed with shoot cert, my GP practice sent my medical records back on the 4th Feb and I’ve had nothing back, I’ve sent 4 emails regarding this and they can’t even reply to update me, and there’s no phone number to contact them, and they want good reviews. This has now been sorted and I have to say it was totally my fault, I gave them the wrong email address.
