No delivery, no refund, no interest.
The products are great, and it's lovely being able to support a local farm directly.
However- this doesn't seem to translate into a great customer experience.
2nd April- NO DELIVERY. Was running late for the school run and work, I hadn't had notification of payment being taken, so assumed that something had happened and I would get delivery the next day.
Checked the next morning (3rd April) and still no delivery, so emailed the team.
Was told that I should have reported it by 10am the same morning (apparently people who work should drop everything immediately) BUT they would speak to the driver when he returned from his holiday.
I heard nothing, and had to chase.
Today was told that they hadn't had any response from the driver, but were not accepting liability either way.
Despite the fact I have a Ring Doorbell and I had advised them that no-one delivered on the 2nd, they told me that the delivery "must have been stolen"
Again, Ring Doorbell has no evidence of this.
Looking at the reviews, I am not the only person this has happened to.
Absolutely shocking for small business.
