Bicis de ocasión
Compré una bici de alquiler de la temporada anterior. La gente de la tienda muy amable y dispuesta, la organización un poco caótica. La bici no estaba preparada cuando fui a buscarla, volví una semana más tarde, y la bici no estaba completamente revisada, cubiertas montadas al revés y muy gastadas, pastillas de freno al límite, cambio con indexado mejorable. La llevé a revisar y cobraron las pastillas. En la primera salida estalló un radio de la rueda trasera, otro coste asumido por mi.

Avoid this company
Avoid this company. I booked a hire bike from them, but more than the contracted 31 days prior to the hire, had to cancel. Despite repeated emails, requesting a refund, no reply from the company and no refund. Very poor and unresponsive service when something goes wrong that forces a change to plans. In my opinion, hiring from them is not worth the risk given the amounts of money involved. Issue is now with the credit card company.

Great prices, unmindful support
Large selection of bikes, great prices and free fedex shipping. I ordered a frame, the guys did not put cable plugs. I texted them on WhatsApp, my request was always forgotten and ignored, but in the end, a few months later, manager Mike contacted me and sent them on the same day.

No recomiendo comprar en esta tienda, para vender son muy rápidos y atentos, pero cuando tienes un problema no te atienden ni por telefono ni por correo. La peor tienda donde he comprado nunca.
I do not recommend buying in this store, to sell they are very fast and attentive, but when you have a problem they do not answer you either by phone or by mail. The worst store where I have ever bought
