EXTREMELY OVER-PRICED !!! It's a shame that the inmates families have to bend-over just to provide a gift package. We all pay it, I did, simply out of love for the inmate. I truly cannot imagine a cash-strapped family absorbing the cost, I am certain they cry every night wondering how to get the extra cash. Its the only accreddited website for the inmates, what other choices are available...none.
They use fillers ALOT of ramon noodles 6-10 singles, maybe 1 cookie and/or 2-4 bags of snack size chips, etc...if that's not enough, $9.99 delivery fee per gift package, even on the same order.
SHAME ON YOU.

My first time using this was great, the second time not so good, now it's the third time and it's horrible! I purchased my loved one a dinner $30 on Monday in hopes he would receive it on Wednesday as a Valentines day gift to lift his spirits, but as of today, he has not received it and I am unable to view the order!

In December I place order of double cheeseburger wings cookie and drink it was about 4am about 9am east time I call them say cancel order I get message young man in box no be able to contact Icare say no can cancel it being processed I say cancel order he no can get they say when it comes back they can refund they lie 25.99 meal go waste and no give refund this company charge 3 time more then what food worth they feed on family friends inmates just like prison commissary that charge 3 time more for every thing charge family fees charge inmate fees they take advantage of people on outside wave their menu of food in front of inmate make inmate desire out side food last order of food I place for different young man say no that good no worth the money Crooked company like all the rest charge 2 time 3 time amount I tried of prisons make money from us steal from us

I ordered a hot meal for my brother today from these people and spent 30 fricken dollars on it. My brother called me and told me that the food was cold because they were supposed to get it at 2.30 but didn’t get into chow till 3:30. They say this food is hot and prepared right in front of them but it was sitting out and it was not prepared in front of him. I called the customer service line and they pretty much told me too bad. They told me to have him file a grievance and they would investigate it in 20 days. What a fricken scam! If it’s not bad enough that these institutions feed our loved ones food that is not fit for a dog so that they can take advantage of their families. Then when you spend the damn money and they still don’t get what you got them and tell you to bad. I am a customer and not a prisoner !! Give people what they fricken pay for!!!! You people need to be investigated!!! Does Aramark not have to follow the rules of society ? You should be ashamed of yourself. I want my 30 dollars back or a hot meal for my brother!!

I was scammed for $116.96 I bought my son snacks and hygiene supplies the package was never received and I paid cashapp.. I lost my money because the company is fake.

I ordered an icare package for someone and it's been TWENTY NINE days and it hasn't been delivered. The facility doesn't answer and the icare people say they can't make an inquiry til 30 days have passed. They ADVERTISE THAT ITS DELIVERED WITHIN THE WEEK AFTER ThE OEDER IS PROCESSED. I realize they are not in control once the order goes to the facility but ICARE TAKES THE MONEY So PUT SOME PRESSURE on THE FACILITY TO Follow thru with THE ORDER or DONT ADVERTISE IT TO BE DELIVERED FAST.

They are a little pricey but they do deliver. There is another company called ICare packages which is a scam they take your $s through cash app and other sites and that’s all they do there will be no packages sent but to request a refund these people use ICare gifts which they are not, be careful not to be scammed by the company using ICare packages.

I ordered a food for a friend almost 2 months ago and he never got the food.
I sent many emails to ask and received a automated email.
I recommend not using this service.

They show photos of decent soaps, but when you purchase they change it to some unknown generic brand of unknown quality...And for the amount of money you pay for "food" packages (consisting mostly of poor quality dried noodle packets), they could easily add a LITTLE quality (nuts, V-8, etc.) without really affecting the price. iCARE is clearly about the profit and just doesn't CARE because they literally have a captive audience! Should be illegal!

The facility I send to has 1 package limit a week. Wish they had bigger selections of packages but they are ok. They change the packages seasonally. They also have hygiene packages. Make sure it is .com not the other .net they are a scam! Ty icaregifts!

Icaregifts.com the delivery was fine, but I ordered two and they only gave one at Clark County, Las Vegas. But it would be nice to have healthier options. I did have to get some money refunded. Which came back in a few days. For Icaregift service I'll give 5, but Clark County 1. They was giving the two orders but they stopped for some reason. So I just started ordering less.

I ordered a pizza meal for an incarcerated friend at Pendleton Correctional Facility in indiana. Placed order on 12/2/2021 for what was supposed to be a Christmas gift. Company never responded after two weeks of trying, except to say that they would check on the order. When I started asking for a refund, all I received were automated emails apologizing and stating that they were checking on the order "as a courtesy." Guaranteed delivery within 30 days, but never delivered and wouldn't respond to refund requests. Had to dispute charge with credit card company in order to get money back. I recommend not using this service. l spent well over 2 hours trying to get answers and a refund on a $18 pizza.
