Took 5 weeks to deliver

Ordered 4 single mattresses through Costco 23rd March. Delivery was initially confirmed for 3rd April. Then 3 mattresses turn up and the drivers don't know anything about the last one. Then after a good couple of weeks of going back and fro with Costco, because the webpage doesn't allow direct contact with Silentnight unless you have an account. As we purchased through Costco, we could only deal with them or the delivery company. The delivery company then told us that 3 had come through but there were 4 labels that were scanned therefore 'the system' was at fault and they would look into it. They said it was Silent Nights fault that wrong number of goods were loaded onto the truck.
The last mattresses finally came in on the 30th of April, after 5 weeks of the boy sleeping in the floor, we finally received our last mattress. No apology for mix up/delay was offered, no fault was claimed at all, therefore won't be using again for sure.

Cheap and not so cheerful

I wouldn't bother ordering anything from silent night, cheap quality crap that doesn't last long, 2 years I got from my mattress, yes it came with a 5 year warranty, but an extra firm mattress should not start dipping both sides in 2 years, and as for customer service, absolutely appalling, they will ignore your emails, until it suits them to reply, they are rude and completely unhelpful, insisting they can only send out a like for like replacement, why would anyone want another crap mattress for it to do the same again? Refunds should be apart of the warranty, anything else you buy and have to take back due to faults is usually refunded, but not this company, if you want a decent mattress then avoid silent night like the plague, I will never buy a single one of any of their products again, budget friendly 😂😂 made from cheap materials more like.

Amazing Company to purchase your new bed from.

Would recommend this company, service was amazing quality of item so impressed.
Delivered on Time and kept in contact until my new bed arrived.
Deliver and assemble of my new bed easy and looked after my bedroom.
So pleased I bought my bed online direct with Silentnight.

Overall, this was very disappointing service, and we won’t be using Silentnight again.

We paid extra for assembly of the new mattress and removal of the old one, as my husband has an injury and we needed that support. However, when the delivery team arrived, we were told to bring the old mattress downstairs ourselves, and the new one was left in our living room for me to carry upstairs alone. They explained they weren’t allowed to take it up because it would require bending it, which they refused to do.

To make matters worse, the packaging was dirty and left marks on our walls, clothes, and skin. We might have overlooked all of this if the mattress itself had been comfortable, but within just a few days, it started causing back pain (something I have never suffered with before). It’s nothing like the Premier Inn experience it was advertised to replicate.

Overall, this was very disappointing service, and we won’t be using Silentnight again.

I brought two Silent Night fitted…

I brought two Silent Night fitted sheets from Tesco a few weeks ago. One has ripped after first use! I'm not happy, as obviously I've not got the receipt to take it back for a replacement.

The mattress is not a cheap product and…

The mattress is not a cheap product and that is why I expected more of it. I have only used it for couple of months, hence it is yet early to write a full review and evaluate the durability. It is comfy and firm enough for me however, I can sometimes, in some angles feel the springs when I move, which is not the best feeling. I expected more of silent night as I bought another mattress some time ago and quality was way better.

Excellent Service from Silentnight, but problems with delivery Company.

Helpful advisors answering our questions about which bed to buy, good approachable sales staff (Alex in sales was excellent and always available), good price including a discount, very good and quick after sales service. Everything at Silentnight was excellent. Unfortunately they were let down by their choice of delivery Company (AIT Home Delivery from Northampton depot) - their delivery men were were abysmal - the first delivery, we are sure the men had never delivered and put together a double divan bed before, it was laughable to see. The second delivery to replace a faulty bed base unit was very stressful as one of the men, who appeared to be in charge, refused flatly to take back the faulty divan section. This was probably because they had been given the wrong paperwork by their office. Eventually, however they did take it away. I would like to add that we are very pleased with our new bed.

Silentnight customer service was fabulous.

Silentnight website was easy to navigate and order the mattress we needed. The customer service when I called to rearrange delivery just sorted it out immediately. And the delivery team were, on time professional and friendly. They unwrapped the mattress and placed it gently onto the new bedframe, and took and packaging with them. I would highly recommend.

Really frustrated by the delivery

Really frustrated by the delivery. They force you to use Evri. Delivery was supposed to take 2 days but took over a week. I wouldn’t have minded - but given that they said it would take 2 days I feel mislead. The email asking me to review my product arrived before my mattress topper did…
