TERRIBLE customer service
Evri lost my parcel. I contacted Silentnight twice, a few days after it stopped having tracking information and again over a week after it was due, and both times got no response. I opened a dispute with Paypal to get a refund, because I had heard nothing. Over a week later, I finally got a response from Silentnight which said they might issue a refund if Evri agreed that it was lost, which could take up to a month. I will never shop from you again because you use Evri as a shipper, who either steal or lose most things they ship, and you don't respond to problems with shipping.

Searched internet for cooling mat to help sleep in U.K. heatwave and to help my lymphoedema. I trusted Silentnight as I have had other products from them that have been good and reliable.The cooling mat definitely works and put under the sheet totally comfortable. Takes the heat away and makes for a cooler night’s sleep. Highly recommend.

The bed was delivered within the time frame given, brought to bedroom, assembled and the old bed removed. Having gone on holiday almost immediately afterwards I cant fully comment on sleep but loving so far! Very happy

I found the service excellent. I love the mattress. I have been having a great night’s sleep. My only negative is I never expected a groove to appear in the mattress after the first night. I wrongly assumed that like my previous mattress, it would take years before grooves began appearing. I then wrongly assumed that come bedtime the following day, the groove would have gone by springing back up again. This is not the case. A family member recently bought a new mattress and warned that this would happen as he has gone through 3 mattresses trying to get rid of the groove so soon because the grooves were hurting his back. I didn't believe this would happen to me but it has. Admittedly it doesn’t hurt my back but I do feel the grooves and my body rolls into the grooves. ☹
