Tefal Great (Yodel aka InPost bad)
Customer service at tefal are great and efficient at resolving issues, only issue is they use yodel for delivery aka InPost, which caused drama, as I paid for next day delivery but did not recieve until 5 days later as it seemed to disappear for 4 days

I got the appliance at a cheap price and then got additional discount!
The item arrived on time and looks so good. I has read a review that said the grill was bulky. Not for me. It is just the perfect size and does not take much space.

Fast delivery
Fast delivery. The iron is excellent and is much better than other brands. I had to buy directly from manufacturer as retail outlets were out of stock. The reason for the 4 star is because you cannot see the water level easily as the purple cover is too dark. Even with the light on it is difficult to see. Also the instructions are not very clear in really small handwriting.

Excellent steam generator iron
Excellent iron, or should I say steam generator iron. As long as it lasts as long if not longer than my last one which was nine years I shall be very happy.. have no reason to believe it won’t. The only drawback is the very silly piece of paper that comes with it explaining how to use it.. a proper manual would be better. Silly pictures are no good.

Water leaks on clothes
Water leaks on clothes. You can only iron one trouser leg then put it back on charge then wait on it heating up again, takes too long. Don’t waste your money.
