Great product, really comfortable and gave my husband confidence when he went out. Great customer service too. Will definitely shop here again.

Twice they sent the wrong type of wahable pants
Twice they sent the wrong type of washable pants. If you want the most leakproof type of pants, I think this will absorb 150mm of liquid. Though unfortunately they don't talk in these terms, I already have some which need to be replaced. After they supplied the wrong type, I emailed support, there is only one email address they have never replied to my emails. The support telephone number which I have rung more than a few times 0800 655 6022 will not answer questions from customers who have bought washable products! And they say, you just have to email them. The packets the pants came in has return details written on it. I don't know whether to risk using these details to return them or whether they will become lost! I have spent about £120 on washable pants which are not useful to me!

The product is great but the returns process is substandard. Such a large company does not have a return portal and takes no responsibility for lost parcels, which is very disappointing.
