TENA UK Reviews

I am reviewing TENA LADIES ORGANIC PANTS. easy to order, arrived quickly. But why, oh why have the pants got EIGHT LABELS in the back. The pants are black, labels and stitching black. I have AMD, and of course, bad eyesight. Surely one lightly attached label would do. I cannot wear these pants with this massive lump of labels in the back. I may have to return them.

Excellent service and quality.

Very good product

Tena completely fouled up the order. I ordered a pack of three pants all sized XL. I received one XL, and two S. The latter are useless to me and I have binned them following no offer of retribution when I contacted them. Unless a good offer is received I will never order Tena again. There are other suppliers in the Market Place. Furthermore, any of my age group piers will be informed when discussing. You have time to rectify. Supply of 2 X XL gratis will get you an order of 2 packs X 3 X XL. It’s up to you

After recent prostate surgery I needed something that was comfortable and not bulky. I saw an advert for your product which seemed to fit the bill and I have found them exactly what I need thank you

Nothing. They were really expensive for what you got and I’ve seen other comments saying the saying the same. One pair for £24 is too much. Three pairs maybe.

I am using the product regularly to have confidence that occasional leakages act as a prompt for bathroom visits and do not spread to wider bedding.

My husband has tried a few other online brands that failed the quality and body fit tests - purchased obviously from China - before he found out about TenaMan Boxers
This TenaMan product ticks all the boxes from Quality, Materials and Fit way beyond others and online services brilliant - 5 Stars

I'd I have ordered previously from you three times but this time you seem to send them to the completely wrong address I don't know where you got the wrong address from as it definitely wasn't from me I emailed you straight away after receiving the confirmation email But you said it was too late to change the address

Hassle Free.Does what it says on the box which is in plain packaging ensuring anonymity.

Solved a problem of goods lost which fell out of the package during delivery. Wonderful understanding and prompt replacement of the goods.Great customer support staff.

Good quality fabric. Comfortable on skin.

I received the size pants which your size guide recommended. Hover they're too small; far too small! It's an expensive joke; they can't be returned for refund or exchange for the next size up (which according to your guidelines, would on the face of it be far too big).

The garment is good quality and does the job it is supposed to do. The only issue I have is the label. On the larger sized garment, this is sewn under the waistband. However, the small sized one has the label sewn on the outer surface of the inside of the garment. This rubs against the skin and becomes very irritating and uncomfortable. I have bought 5 pairs of them recently and had to cut the full label off them.

You make what I needed. I am happy.

Great product

A the pants I ordered came quickly and they work brilliantly for me. I will definitely be buying some again in the future brilliant product.

excellent quality

Yes, getting older sucks and has its down sides. In fact, it can mean going back to early childhood solutions to keep your bodily fluids contained.
The fact is, we know how to hold our bladder but our muscles sometimes let us down. This is where the Tena underwear 'saves our bacon' and saves dignity. As it is cotton based, washable and biodegradable. This helps us accept our life imposed limitations without having to wear nappies!
