I made a purchase of two items
I made a purchase of two items, and yesterday it was delivered. The shipping was fast, there’s no problem. However, the second item (the face wash) you sent me with an expiration date is in few months. It was all with bubbles already. It is very upsetting because most likely I won’t be able to finish it by the time it expires.

we are sorry for the inconvenience you are experiencing. We will be happy to exchange the Cleanser you received, for a Cleanser with a later sell by date.
The dates you find on the bottles and boxes mark the shelf life date of our products. After that every product is good for another 12 months before it expires. So if the bottle says August 2021, that means you have until August 2022 to use up the products.
The bubbles you are seeing have nothing to do with the "age" of the product. It is most likely just air from the products moving around while in transit.
Would you mind letting us know what the date on your bottle is? We usually make sure the date is at least 3 months in the future, so our customers have about 15 months to use up the products. But as I said, if you need more time that is perfectly fine and we will be happy to replace it for you. Would you like us to send you a return label?

The only product I have used so far is…
The only product I have used so far is the Perfect Rice Scrub exfoliant. I’ve been looking for an exfoliant that wouldn’t be too harsh for my face but I could use everyday. This was perfect. The small rice beads gently lifts little dry bits of skin from my face leaving it pretty soft to the touch. My boyfriend felt the difference in the softness of my face and started to use it as well! Great product! Definitely would recommend!

USK toner
Love this toner from USK! I’ve never been a big fan of toner as my skin usually feels stripped and dry after. I noticed that this toner is gentle yet effective for removing debris left on my skin after washing. I love how the toner also is non-irritating which is important on my usually very sensitive skin!

I love the line of products
I love the line of products. I’ve been using the advanced booster for a few years now, and I just love the way it makes my skin feels. I have really sensitive skins, and the advanced booster leaves my skin feeling hydrate throughout the day. I also follow it with the prefect toner, and then apply my make up. In the evening, I use the rice scrubs, it helps exfoliate my skin and it makes my face feels really smooth. I’m a very satisfied customer!!
