I payed my package and nothing is happening, they are just sitting on it for weeks now.

Items ordered were not as illustrated, late delivery and totally wrong. Cheap Chinese items - illustrated as made in America not China. Would d give no stars but unable like previous comment.

Why don't I look at reviews before I waste £60 on Chinese junk? Elderly (no excuse) and arthritic I need shoes that are easy to put on PLUS wide fitting.
What I've received is just a pile of shite!
Wide fitting? My grandson (11) can't get his feet into them. Material flimsy, if you could get them on they'd fall to bits in days.
These awful con artists need to be 'outed.
No documentation, no details re 30 day guarantee.

Absolute scammers took 2 payments from account. agreed to a refund but never sent any money. Dont shop hear their rubbish and no customer service.

Poor quality garment. Not as advertised. No return available. Scam.

I thought that I was buying Icelandic sweaters and knitted socks for Christmas presents. What arrived was acrylic sweaters. Advertised as non itchy they certainly are. Misleading description from the company. I will apply for a refund.

Nice woollen jumpers from Meilia and purporting to be from Iceland which turn out to be Polyester from China.
I paid using Paypal's Pay in 3 system, so I hope that will cover me for the return of the money as it must be covered under the finance agreement

I rejected my order on delivery and exercised my legal right to cancel under UK consumer law. Despite the goods being returned to the seller, I have not received a refund.

What makes this situation even more concerning is that the company now appears to be trading under a different name which was not clearly disclosed at the time of purchase. Changing trading names does not remove a company’s obligation to refund cancelled orders.

I have contacted the company multiple times and have been forced to consider escalating the matter via my payment provider and consumer protection bodies.

Based on my experience, I would advise others to be extremely cautious when ordering

Shoddy goods , not as ordered . I ordered 2 Icelandic pure wool jumpers from Norloom .Shopperholics had cloned Nordic Stores website .I received a printed T shirt & an acrylic jumper . Both too small - I WOULD NOT EVEN GIVE THEM TO A CHARITY SHOP!!! Their returns policy is designed to put you off . I tried to send an e-mail & failed as there was a CAPATCHA !23

Actually less than one star. The products I bought through them, were supposed to be high quality scandi-wool jumpers reduced in price due to end of company sale. What received were nasty nasty acrylic jumpers fit for the dustbin. Beware

My husband ordered 3 jumpers for a reduced price of £40 each advertised as hand knitted with Icelandic wool on their website. After Christmas we received 3 polyester jumpers, shapeless and not fit to wear. Not sure how to avoid these scammers, we know now after research, they are to do with Melia & Co and Shopaholic Cc

I would have put no stars if I could. A real cashmere top made from 90% polyester and 5% spandex from specially bred plastic goats. Nothing but a bunch of lying con trixters with the proper Chinese rubbish to sell. It was thinner than some of my summer weight 'T' shirts and the so called leather trimmings were so tine and almst certainly plastic like the rest.. My wife suggested taking it to the charity shop, but I would have been embarrassed to do so.

From what I have read from other disappointed customers I would suggest that the Trading Standards should be informed to stop these rip-off merchants!

Wish I had read trustpilot reviews before I bought. I ordered a nice Xmas shiny T shirt which has arrived today 23/12! It’s horrid, and as others have found its nothing like the item you purchased. Sometimes you learn the hard way - to use ONLY verified sellers only!

I'm writing this review for the buyer. A shipment was delivered to MY address, but not in my name. I have no idea who it's for and it's not my neighbours.

So what do I do, I could waste my time and take it to the post office, but I don't have the time to do so. Nobody has knocked for it, so I'll wait for someone from this store contacts me.

It's a nice bearskin waterproof jacket and some nice gloves.

They're XL, I wear XXL, a real shame.

Just received a package from shopperholic Cc . It is a scam cheap goods which I would not donate to a charity shop. No invoice or return address No contact details emails or telephone. SHAM

I ordered a vacum cleaner. But is like a toy hoover . Is total different how was in the app, there was saing is super powerful, but is not true. I am very disappointed.
I will never buy from this website .
And I am not recomanding.

I ordered 2 things from here only 20.00 over 3 wks ago ive just had an email to say Royal mail will deliver today so I'll see what I actually get from the reviews im not hopefully anyway besides that this company cloned my card details and added them to a Google pay account in dubai I had 2 transactions literally within seconds of each other 2 for 500.00 and the second 102.08 I contacted the bank straight away and luckily they said its fraud my card has been closed and used on someone's Google pay I have recieved a refund from the bank thankfully but please be careful and dont trust this company

This company is worse than dreadful.
I ordered a Security Camera but when reading the installation decided to cancel even before it arrived. When it finally arrived I requested a return address and my refund of £79.95 which has constantly been ignored. I have been in touch daily but now questioning who this company actually is, having read nothing but 1* reviews.

My daughter really enjoys DIY and flat pack building. I ordered a pink cordless drill with hammer, tape measure, etc. accessories for Xmas. I ordered via OnBuy and paid in full. Following numerous emails (which were all replied to at 3.40am) it arrived today. Nothing like advertised; judt a black drill with s foreign adaptor plug with instructions for a hairdryer.
I would not gift this item to anyone for fear of harmimg them.
I wont apply for a refund as my Bank flagged this purchase and said they thought my card may have been compromised and issued a new one. I certainly dont want to provide my new details to this Company.
I have reported this transaction as a scam.
Please everyone avoid this Company at all costs
