Order never arrives.

I ordered some shorts 6/29/26 and it’s now 7/22/26 with no email on when these shorts will be arriving. I checked the shipping and tracking shows it left the facility and then went back… Be warned, you may never get what you purchased! $160.77 down the drain, I will be fighting with my credit card company.

Unlike every other online store out there, there is no refund option on returns - only exchange or store credit. So you better know you want to keep what you're ordering, or you're just forking over cash for nothing.

Sad to say they fell apart after owning the pants for only 3 months. They were super comfortable and I wish they had lasted longer! Definitely bummed.

Please save yourself the hassle of buying from this company, sizes are all over the place and to return from the uk I was charged half the cost of the clothing I bought. The quality isn’t as good as they advertised. All in all won’t be buying from them again .

If you're buying from the UK be prepared for a massive customs import fee. I bought £150 worth of goods and ended up paying £95 import duties. Without paying it the goods would be stuck indefinitely or destroyed. If paid (which I ended up doing) you can return the goods but the whole cost would be for me - and on top of the customs charge - the purchase made no sense

Terrible, package took over 2 weeks to "attempt" to get delivered, never came and then told me "the customer" that I had to contact the carrier THEY used instead of them trying to resolve the issue. I can see now why they are struggling as a company.

I rarely leave negative reviews, but my experience with Cove USA has been extremely disappointing.

I placed an order for three pairs of shorts on June 10, 2026. After a week of seeing the order sit in “pending” status with no updates, I reached out to customer support to find out what was going on. Only then was I told that a hold had been placed on the order and that they were “doing their best” to fulfill it.

Since then, I’ve had multiple exchanges with customer support, and every response has essentially been the same canned message. The only concession offered was a refund of my shipping fees. While I appreciate the gesture, it does little to address the complete lack of communication and the ongoing delay.

It has now been over two weeks since I placed the order, and I still have not received any indication that it has shipped. What’s most frustrating isn’t even the delay itself—it’s the poor communication and apparent lack of urgency or desire to make things right. The support team hasn’t been particularly helpful, proactive, or even apologetic throughout the process.

For comparison, I placed an order with TLF after ordering from Cove and received a shipping notification within two days. I also placed an order with Robert Graham after my Cove purchase and received that order several days ago. Meanwhile, my Cove order remains in limbo.

This was my first time trying Cove USA after seeing their advertisements, and unfortunately it has left a very poor first impression. In a retail environment where consumers have countless options and are more selective about where they spend their money, you’d think making a strong first impression would be a priority.

I’ll update this review if the order is eventually shipped, but as of today, I cannot recommend Cove USA based on my experience.

Ordered shorts that took an age to arrive and did not fit. They then refused a refund only offering worthless store credit.

Unsure what all the negativity is around this shop. I literally never write a review but have been so impressed with the quality and comfort of these chino shorts I had to write a review.

I’m in the UK and it took around 12 days to receive which I don’t feel is too bad especially for the price I paid.

Cheaply made for the price, terrible fit and can’t return because the return shipping is the same cost as the item itself

Do not order from these people. You will not get your order. It's a scam. They use a delivery company that takes a picture of your order and then they take the order back and keep it for themselves.
And you try to contact the delivery company and they tell you that the tracking number you have is wrong and that they cannot help you.

Advertise “free returns” but it’s only store credit.

I had store credit from returning cheaply made chinos. Used it to try the mesh shorts. Coincidentally the credit didn’t work and was charged the full amount on my card. They won’t correct it. Now when I return these shorts cause the material is thinner than Scott’s toilet paper, I’m going to have an increased store credit for a company that produces garbage clothing.

scam company, stay away from them!! I purchased 4 shirts and the quality and sizing was horrible. They will not refund your money. SCAMMERS!

Placed an order on 3/20 because i saw the sale they were running on shirts/shorts. As of 4/14 the order is still "being prepared". There is no number to call. the address on their website is registered to a random logistics company. You can send them an email, but they rarely respond. And when they do, its pulling teeth to get them to process a refund. I am still waiting on them to send me my money back now.

I wanted to love my first experience with Cove, but the logistics and support fell short. I ordered three pairs of shorts specifically for an upcoming event, but they arrived two weeks late and missed the date entirely.
What was more frustrating was the lack of communication. I reached out to customer support twice during the delay to get an update, and I never received a response.
While I actually really like the quality and fit of the shorts now that they’ve arrived, the customer service experience was poor. If you’re on a timeline, be cautious. Oh and I was supposed to get a free sticker pack, didn’t get that either.

Sweatshirt is cheap material and feels like a 10 dollar vacation hoodie. Do not buy. Customer service hasn't responded in two weeks to my request and multiple emails

Horrible products, even worse customer service. Do not purchase anything from this company. Cove USA products are boarder line a scam. It’s ran by two twin “bro dog” brothers who have ego’s as big as their wanna be pilot mustaches. Seriously though, these guys are only concerned about the horsepower in their next car. In the age of AI, this business will die with the hundreds of negative customer reviews littered online. Good luck dudes.

ordered a hoodie as a vday gift for my partner on feb 8th. got an email saying it was packed and about to be shipped on feb 12th, no activity since. couldnt get through to anyone so i literally had to DM the founder. tried lying to me saying that the shipping carrier lost it however the tracking link says they never even got it! totally scam, DO NOT BUY EVER. had to dispute my credit card, they wouldn't help me at all with a refund. complete fraud of a "company"

horrible shirts. returned right away and was only given store credit. no excuse for not giving full refund.
