I supposedly bought a used OE rear wheel for my 2016 Corvette Z06. I received a scratched up aftermarket wheel that was 2 inches shorted than it was supposed to be. Finally got an RMA, shipped back the wheel. Emailed, called and left messages and left messages on the chat about the return after a few weeks that the wheel was returned. Had to complain to BBB and after two weeks got a refund that was 64.08 less that I was charged!

Worst place I’ve ever. they first sent me a screen that was wrong then what i ordered and advertised. So i requested a return which they approved but i had to pay 30$ to ship it back. A month later they deny my return stating the window has closed and they never received the returned item. Mind you this part was almost $200. I was scammed. This place is horrible. They never respond either, absolutely do not buy from this f*** place.

Placed an order, money taken with no problem, unfortunately the wrong item was sent. First time ive ever ordered something and not received a confirmation email or text so when trying to return i have no order number so you cant return through online return form. I put in my email to help with order and no order shows but bank statement shows differently and I did receive item, just the wrong part, you have to leave a voicemail and wait for a return call thats labeled spam with the other 12 call a day😡 with a voicemail to contact them, only to go through the same bullshit again! Order at your own risk and pray you receive the correct part

Stay a way from this company, they claim on there site that parts will fit a my truck you order the parts and it is not even close to fitting my try. I then request to return the part because it doesn't fit like they said it does and the deny the return. No only that it took them forever to even deny the claim. Horrible costumer satisfaction

Company sent broken glass and did not honor return policy even though pictures were sent and box was not marked fragile or glass inside very unprofessional.

The part that I received was as described and shipped promptly...
I ended up getting a bad tracking # through the company that was shipping the item but the communication via email was timely and courteous to get everything sorted out...

They took 5 days to tell me they dont have my part but gladly accept the money and take forever to refund, I habent even got the refund yet. Now im out of groceries, medicine, cant get to work, cant take my mom to her docters. These dudes are scammers avoid at all costs.

Shop earl is a scam they sent me the wrong item on purpose I ordered a glass window and received a dirty rusty triangle piece of iron. No one knows what it is not even a mechanic I showed. Then when I tried to return the item I know I didn't order they said they would take a 20% restock fee and shipping fee out of my refund. Why pay a restock fee when I never ordered what they sent me? Plus I already paid for shipping when they sent me the wrong item. I think they are running a scam a lot of people get sent the wrong items. Figured they'll make money off people from the restock fee. I was told it would take 3-5 days to get the item it took 16 days to get the dirty rusty triangle piece of iron and when it got delivered the box was already opened. I ordered a glass window for a car so why would it take 2 weeks for them to deliver the wrong item. I gave them my cars make , model and Vin number and the item they sent is not compatible with my car. The mechanic didn't even know what it was.

I rarely give out 5☆ Reviews, but Shop Earl delivered! I needed an OEM mirror for an SUV quick, and Shop Earl found the matching part FAST. Same OEM part, matching color, at 1/6th the new part cost. But wait, there's more...they procured and shipped within 2-days & delivered within 4-days over the Christmas holidays. Wow! Part works flawlessly. Thanks Shop Earl!

Sold an incomplete headlight and you can not talk to anyone in customer service. Tried email with no response, just said f it, live and learn. TOTAL RIP OFFS. STAY AWAY FROM SHOP EARL!

I keep calling no one answer the phone I left email request and after 2 weeks some one close the request as unsolved not professional at all .

I couldn't find a bumper cover for my 2005 silverado in my color. I searched on all these different sites and finally came across ShopEarl - what a lifesaver. The part was cheap and shipped to me in 4 days.
