I order some stuff with shopee and the pictures shows the original item but get another product that was similar but not same as in offer. Want to send back , but it is very ,very complicate to do so , they ask you for some resend Paperwork ( I not get this in the parcel.-..) and you must send (online) this "resend paperwork" with desktop omputer , with mobile phone it will not work,,, BE AWARE , use Lazada or cash at a local shop , this saves you money. even you pay a bit more , the return policy of shopee is useless , lazada is far more better in this matter , hey volks at shopee ,you may go to lazada to learn , how to do thrusted business.

Shopee und der Kundenservice ist eine Betrügerische Organisation, zuerst wird man beworben einen Online-Shop zu eröffnen und viele USDT ein zu zahlen, wenn es darum aber geht das Shopee eine Auszahlung machen soll, dann bekommt ihr nur antworten, wie, ihr sollt noch mehr einzahlen und es wird ihnen gedroht wenn man nicht zahlt.
Shopee ist eindeutig eine Betrügerische Organisation und begeht nur eine Straftat nach der anderen.

Habitué de lazada j’ai utilisé shopee une fois et ce sera la dernière. Je commande un appareil qui arrive pas et le tracking est bloqué. Je demande l’annulation on me fait attendre 2 jours et le colis est déposé devant ma porte. Je les contacte pour dire que je n’en veux plus... et je dois attendre leur réponse... Pas sérieux du tout

Shopee are an absolute disgrace the worst customer service ever. I would strongly advise anyone not to use this platform. Lazada is 100 times better with 5 star customer services shopee just scammers who don't resolve problems or get buyers there money back.

I live in Thailand. I have an android phone that was purchased in Thailand yet I am unable to download shopee.th as it says it is not available in my area.

Use at your own risk. I ordered 2 items at the same time. 1 for 7892 THB and 1 for 192 THB. The seller of the more expensive item cancelled, so I cancelled the 192 THB order.
I got refund of 192 THB - but guess what? The refund of 7892 never reached my bank. Shopee have now TWICE told me to contact the bank or wait up to 45 days while they do nothing.
Despite the fact that I called the bank, the bank agreed that no refund for that amount was made, and they will contact MasterCard (which, if successful, will take 45-60 days!!), Shopee still refuse to engage.
My advice - do not spend what you can not afford to lose. If something goes wrong - YOU WILL BE THE LOSER.

I had the highest level on Shopee for quiet a while, platinum. One item I bought I guess was sent through the sellers fleet and not shopee. Around 500 baht, no big deal. Well it never came, then out of the blue my app changed the item to received status with out my knowledge. When I contacted customer support I got a run around copy/paste responses with timeouts. I was told to prove that I never received item. Well I closed my account. If you use Shopee you may want to double check that the shop your buying from is using the Shopee network for delivery. I've moved on to Temu.

The same as all online buying platforms in Thailand. Generally low quality products and the Customer Services is without any doubt the worst I have experienced. If you can afford the time to go to the shops please do so and support your local shops putting this type of unprofessional platform out of business.

Many counterfeit products. Fake reviews. Different prices at checkout. Terrible customer service. Very hard to get a refund. Even with the app language set to English, app doesn't translate.

Unfriendly to foreigners.
I am a digital nomad in Thailand, and buy a lot of stuff from there. Normally, ask my girlfriend to do that.
I have an account, but now they insist that I log through the application in the cellphone. What if I don't have a cellphone? Well, my cellphone apple market is configured to the UK, and I need to change it to Thailand if I want to have the application. Even the support just works in the application. As a person used to use Amazon in Europe and UK, I find everything around this market platform low quality and unprofessional, they would never succeed in the west.
Unfortunately, there is no Amazon in Thailand. :(

Absolutely useless ordered a door my for my Home in Phuket came from Laos sent to Phuket delivery hub but Phuket unable to deliver 2M by 2 M door as they do not have a truck

SHOPEE collected the money for my order (THB 4451 for 3 solar-powered wifi cameras) and sent me a package containing a can of liquid (worthless).

When I filed a complaint proving the fraud (video and photo of the opening of the package), the after-sales service refused a refund and chose to reship a second package.

I contacted the shipping company before delivery to find out the size of the second package (because normally the package must be large since it contains 3 cameras).

After checking, the shipping company confirmed that the second package was abnormally small and seemed to contain liquid.

I refused the second package and contacted SHOPEE after-sales service again to request an immediate refund.

No goods corresponding to my order were ever delivered. NO REFUND.

SHOPEE is a company that steals and defrauds its customers.

Never order from SHOPEE which is not a serious company.

I was working online for Shopee hoping to earn commission, they are a big scam. You invest one’s own money and they keep raising the incentive, basically they have stolen my money without giving me my commission. Anyone starting with this company don’t do it they promise to give you commission but they only take your money. HUGE SCAM COMPANY

Voll die betrüger erst werben die einen als Verkäufer dann eröffnet man den Shop und darf geld einzahlen...die auszahlung des gewinnen ist mit dummen gründen immer verzögert worden ich habe 20000usdt dgewinn gehabt das bekomme ich nicht..Vorsicht beim Bestellen es wird nur überteuerten Schrott angeboten beim reklamieren ist es schwer Ersatz zu bekommen eben schlitzäugige verbrecher...ich habe nicht einmal mehr Zugang zu meinem Shop...diese dreckschweine betrügen und unterschlagen Vorsicht niemals etwas bei den Hunden bestellen ich kann nur warnen vor den shop

A new Panasonic blender/mixer burnt out on second use. Not sure if it was the genuine product.
This has happened before with other appliances that I have purchased through Shopee.
