When you send them an email, they get right back to you. I've never got an email response so fast. Their products are good too. They are just like they say, and they get them to you fast. I would recommend this company to anyone.

My experience with Free Spirited has been nothing short of AWESOME. Their customer service/support is unmatched and I should know since I am also a customer service representative myself. Everything i have received from FS is beautiful, great quality, and fun. I highly recommend this small business, which I believe is the backbone of our country.

I've seen ads on Facebook for this company. I thought I will give it a shot. I have no regrets, although I did have some trouble when I was checking out. I've gotten comments on my shirts that I wore to work and all of them good. I ordered a purple and a blue and a mystery shirt and I love all three of them. I love the variations on the tie dye shirts.

The T-shirt was perfect. The colors are beautiful exactly what I ordered. The otter was filled quickly and delivered on time.

Horrible shopping experience with the codes, their expiration, and new codes. I used a code, it went through. I thought everything was fine, paid, etc. Then they come back and charge me another $4. What company does that?!? I will never shop from this store again and will warn others of its scam.

This was my first time ordering from this family owned company. My Tee’s arrived with in a couple weeks. I did reach out to the company due to the time it was taking and was told they were very busy with overwhelming orders. (Which I’m happy for them to be dealing with!)
Just being my first order I wanted to make sure everything was good. I did received a quick response from customer service and the Tee’s arrived in a few days from the response. I received great updates on the shipment as well. The Tee’s were quality and looked so beautiful . I did wash and dryer dried and they may have shrunk a tiny bit but overall still a great fit for me. I’m very pleased and will purchase again from this company.

I left a 1 star review earlier when after 10 days after placing my order there was no tracking info. After my first review they did a great job getting my package tracking number up to date, and kept Mr informed on it whereabouts. If you have a problem with this company just get in touch with them and they would do everything they can to make it right I'm very satisfied with the company now

I didn’t realize that I had signed up for a membership or didn’t remember. Angela helped me to cancel the membership and refunded my money. I truly appreciate the way she handled my request.

I've always liked your shirts however this last order of 3 t shirts I'm not very pleased with, they're thinner and the colors on the pink and yellow ones aren't as defined of seen kind of muted, will use them as with shirts I guess

First the company sent an email to confirm that I had received my order. When I responded that I had not. I received an almost immediate response and that a customer service representative would contact me. Valerie was the representative who responded very quickly and set to remedy the situation. The customer service of this company is the absolute best I have ever experienced. I look forward to doing more business with this company and will recommend to my family and friends.

The shirts are made of a good quality and are very comfortable. They are very attractive too.

The Cotton Candy shirt I received is very faded and nearly blank-looking compared to the example on your website. If I had known it would look so different from the picture I would not have ordered it. It's too faded and worn looking to wear as I had intended.
