I love to go to stores and use Shop Kicks. I love the rewards also. The only thing is that a lots of items are not available in stores. But live Shop Kicks.

I'm honestly shocked at some of the other reviewers experiences. I have had nothing but a positive experience with shopkicks. I have cashed out twice and am about to cash out for a third time. It has been a huge help to our large family's grocery bill. As long as you carefully read the offer and do what it says, you won't have any problems!

I've been using Shopkick for about 9 months and really enjoy it. The app is very easy to use, and while there aren't a ton of offers, the ones available are usually pretty good. I especially like discovering and trying new products, and the scan feature adds a fun, interactive element to shopping. Definitely worth trying if you like earning rewards in a simple way.

My child ordered a pack of labubus without asking me which ran me 220 dollars. 2 minutes after ordering I emailed them to cancel the order and they said they couldn’t because it was a collectible. I understand not taking it back if it was sent to me already. But for me to have canceled it 2 minutes after ordering and them not even shipping it yet is so stupid. The package is still in their possession! They need to do better because that is so dumb

I’ve really enjoyed this app! It’s like a game finding items & getting clicks while saving money in the future with a gift card! I had one issue logging in when I got a new phone. I received a quick response within the same day. Quickly solved my problem!

I really Love using Shopkick, earning kicks for things I already do or shop. I enjoy discovering new brands and testing them out while earning kicks. Plus, I've tried fun new online stores making my life easy and earning kicks every time!

Shopkick is a fun way to get points! I've used it for a while and although there were some issues with one update, they were quick to solve it and they were quick to earn back my heart!! I'm an avid shopkicker and I'll always recommend it. Earning points for just entering a super market! It is great!!

Recently, I was finally able to use my Shopkick rewards to help pay for something I’ve wanted for a long time: a Kindle. Yay! Shopkick made this possible and is by far the best rewards app out there.

Shopkick makes my shopping trips so much more fun. I love seeing the new products in the app every week and earning my points just for scanning them in the store.

It feels like a fun scavenger hunt and adds a bit of excitement to shopping! Not to mention all the gift card options I have when I save up enough points.

I promise I will be HONEST!! I have been a shopkick member a long time. I don't Facebook and not a computer person but I do text on cell and do have email address. I cannot do a lot of challenges on Shopkick but i thought i finally could do March madness which i did. I also don't use credit cards but wife does. I did every challenge required i thought on March madness but no kicks were given to me. Had to drive 30 miles one way just to get kicks on some challenges but i did it. Had to get wife to purchase something online with her credit card for a challenge. But i couldn't believe i didn't get any reward on March madness. My shopkick days are coming to a end because my plan is to cash out!!

This company is scamming people. They have this Kick Madness promo going on making people do these challenges and not award them! Meanwhile, they are profiting off our scans and receipt submissions, and even those may not be awarded. They changed their terms of service, so they don't have to award you anything at all. Don't use this app!

Takes a long time to qualify for the minimum $10 reward. Then unable to redeem the reward. Shopkick customer service was very responsive but ultimately couldn't figure out why I was encountering the problem - so they provided a canned response stating that I had violated the rules. The canned response stated the rules that may have been violated - none of which I violated and in fact the app will not issue points in the instance of many possible violations recapped in the canned response. i.e.: must be in store for points related to store visit - in fact the app will not grant points unless you are in store. Can only scan items on limited number if visits - in fact the app will only allow scanning of qualified items when available for a limited number of visits. Etc, etc, etc. And if I for some unknown reason violated the rules - why is my account still active, allowing me to accrue more points. I have used multiple other shopping apps for years and have never encountered anything like this. Shopkick makes money from stores & advertisers based on clicks, scans & points issued. And they continued to benefit from my clicks, points and scans - but no more. I have now deleted my account and thrown away the value of my points since I'm unable to redeem them for cash. Not wasting my time with Shopkick ever again!

Loved Shopkick when I started using them. Took a picture of my receipt and received my kicks. Now I spend more time returning items because they refuse my receipt for one reason or another. I will just use the other rebate sites that actually honor the items they are offering rebates for.

Ever since the last Shopkick update things do not credit correctly. So I take screenshots through the process. Things like when I scan, the item and how much it’s worth at that time (Shopkick loves to change the amount it’s worth during the pending process), that it was available when I submit, etc. I was not given 6000 credits for an offer as they advertised. When I asked for them to make it right they said I missed the promotion but I sent them the screenshots showing I submitted it, which it wouldn’t let you do if it wasn’t active. Then they just ghost you and refuse to respond further. Used to love this app, now I feel like any time I try I’ll just be returning things.

Due to the recent old spice issue I was one of the customers affected. Customer service answered the way a boss would tell them to respond. It is truly sad this was once the app I liked to use, but now you cannot trust them. It doesn’t matter if you purchase the correct product and had clear receipts, they will come up with some lie to not give you the money back u deserve. I have seen several videos that show the people upset on this and yet nothing is done. I think that the app is going to realize quickly no one will be using this app any further. They made a poor choice… the customer is always right motto is clearly not what they go by.

They don't honor what they advertise. Beware, they dont care!
