I usually love them and have no problems at all. I have redeemed like 8 gift cards but now it keeps saying error for the past two weeks and no one will answer my email for help. I’ve deleted the app and re installed but nothing

i used a promo code for some free 10 bucks when i earned kicks and it never worked i literally sent them an email days ago and no reply always saying theres an error when i try to redeem

Very poor customer service. The latest update you'll get a black screen when you play a video for your kick points or a video will play and you won't get your point. I've tried contacting customer service and they don't respond or care. Sent them an email on another issue on the app and after day 4 I sent another one asking if someone would respond and someone did. Seriously?! Not worth the aggravation. You lost me and know you don't care.

I have been using this app since February 2020, which is approximately 22 months. The app lacks accuracy with making sure you get the correct number of kick points are earned when you buy from a mutual vendor that you access via the Shopkick app. Customer service gives the user the constant runaround and you have to continuously urge the app to make updates. I have given up on using this app. There are many other apps w/ a better response team & more of an accurate tally. I do not recommend!

Have been doing this for 8 months and they shut me down I contacted them as I was not able to scan or get points for the videos — they would play but not give me the points .. they emailed me and said that I had broken the rules .. seems like I had submitted multiple receipts of the same ones . The only time I had to submit several times is when there was a message that said tech errors try later or the receipt could not be read . I did submit a receipt twice when I had bought 2 of the same items and it gives you points for one so I thought I could submit it again . If I couldn’t do that there app should be set up to where it tells you that . So now I lost my 50,000 points I was saving to buy Christmas gifts. Also there app is not good you get a lot of technology issues as above or you walk in and don’t get kicks or able to scan no matter what WiFi you are using. Don’t waste your time. Not worth it.

Many bugs don’t waste your time they don’t pay rewards. You run around and then it stops working then you lose your points.

I can’t get my gift card, I have the kicks but it says ‘’ an error occurrer ’, I am trying to contact them and I have no answer

As a user of the Fetch app, thought I'd give this a try also. While I havent figured out the 'hows or whys' of this app, it's clear that they arent concerned about customer high volume(active) participation, quality or honest rewards. Their model seems to be based on high volume tracking of customer activity, enticing people into businesses (chasing pennies), lots of cheap advertising for start up & large established companies. NOT MUCH OFFERED TO THE CONSUMER THOUGH. The app offers the consumer some points for VERY few (& unreasonable) offers that they pick & choose--a very lopsided deal for the customer and user. On top of that; once you do earn any sort of (small) gift card, the site states "oops-error. Try again". I'll be deleting this app asap--i dont have the time for these cat and mouse games (nor do I appreciate their lack of appreciation for me giving them a chance). Fetch has a fantastic thing going--dont make a fortune, but they seem to reward my returning participation pretty fairly. Sorry, but dont see Kick lasting long (but, do they even care)?

They just stopped working. Stole my points and claimed I didn't follow their rules. Beware.

Shopkick defrauded me of 37491 points
there app did not work when I scanned an item I asked another shopkick shopper to try to scan; worked fine for her. I asked her to photo the bar code and let me try to scan from that as I read on a blog that worked for others. Viola, it worked. After I amassed the points above Shopkick shut my account down claiming I was not allowed to do that eventhough I was in the store at the time. This is plain fraud. So I am asking anyone that has had this same issue to post it as I am looking into a class action lawsuit. This has to stop!

Keeps saying "An error has occurred! Please try again." and wont let me redeem my gift card. Use fetch rewards instead.

This app is awful. For some reason when I try to sign up it doesn’t accept gmail.com e-mail addresses. Which is the most commonly used e-mail. So I couldn’t even get to the point of actually scanning receipts of any kind. Waste of time.

Thank you for wasting my time. I will no longer recommend this app no no one. I had ALot of friends and family using this app but not anymore. But thank you anyways... I was able to use my points to buy creme for my sister going thru radiation #cancersucks

I been using years and recently cashed for a gift card never received it try contacted them for a week now and no answer really upsets me

I have had this app for almost a year now and liked it. But recently it went from 5 stars to 1 star because Everytime I claim a gift card it says an error has occurred! I thought ok maybe it's been having issues. It's been 2 weeks since this happened and I still can't redeem my gift cards. I will be uninstalling and using another shopping app. Screw you shopkick

Ditto to all those who have had issues. I first had trouble even getting them to give me the points I earned. For one purchase, I emailed them every day for three or four days. After that I decided I would just cash out once I hit the quota. But I guess all those emails made them upset and when I tried to redeem my kicks, "an error occurred". Lots of better apps out there.

I have been a Shopkicker since 2016. There have always been issues with items not scanning. My issue is not being allowed to redeem my gift card. I have been unable to contact anyone. You cannot recover the time invested in this app. Sooo, my advice is just don’t. I won’t be using anymore. I have deleted and reinstalled the app. I’m done. I just want what I have worked for and then I’m gone. Some other sucker can try with this app.

I need claim my 50.00 gift card and will not allow me telling me my phone number not suported by shop kicks. I notfify custermer service. They wrote back telling me their energineer can not verify my cell phone. I do not recommend shopkicks to anyone. I deleted my account, and will not be doing any buisness with this company
