Shopkick is worthless I have scanned my receipts numerous times and I do not get any reward points. Fetch is a lot better at least you get reward points for everything you buy. With Shopkick you only get rewards for what they have to offer and the majority of times it’s stuff that people don’t even buy

The company was not much help with helping. me recover my account. Then blocked me from contacting them.

Shopkick is a fraud company and needs to be closed and pay the people that are using and abusing.

After using shopkick for a longtime and really liking it, my account got suspended. Unfortunately, I can’t tell you why because customer service won’t reply to any of my emails. The worst part is they suspend your account without telling you, so you continue to rack up kicks without even knowing that they aren’t going to let you redeem them.

I’ve been with shopkick on and off since 2017 and they basically the same. The last straw was when they suspended my acct for returning items they didn’t initially give me kicks for scanning on my submitted receipt. I literally scanned the item and submitted my receipt right after I brought the items. They didn’t give me kicks for it. So, I returned all the items I scanned and got shopkicks for then I repaid for them at a different Walmart to see if I get kicks and they didn’t give me kicks again. They have a history of not giving customer kicks they scanned for items in the store and giving 0 kicks. Then they say they suspend my account for unusual activity of returning items. Yea because sometimes the app don’t give me kicks for items I purchase basically jacking me out of kicks, so they won’t have to pay the customers. I told them I was done with them and to go ahead and delete my account. I’m no longer dealing with them and I’m putting this review on google and reporting to the BBB. They did enough scamming me out of products I purchased and not giving me points. It’s better cashback apps than shopkick! 0 stars N.Hall

Definitely be careful of using this app. They don’t have the decency to notify you of your account, they will suspend your account without you knowing; so save your money or use other alternative apps. Shopkick is a joke, after all the consumers are the reason they still in business. Customer support isn’t top tier either.

So far so good !
I've had this app for about a month now.
I kept getting an error that my account was suspended for suspicious activity, but after a few customer service communications, the problem was fixed pretty quickly by deleting and reinstalling my app as they suggested.
Just cashed out my first $25 that I've earned to my PayPal account and it's already being processed to my bank account.
Hopefully things go smoothly from here.

I would give them a zero if I could I spent a lot of money about three weeks ago and it was something like 10,000 kicks I bought things I usually don’t buy but I bought it for the kicks being a single mom. Well they wouldn’t give me the kick they kept saying I didn’t buy the products. I kept sending them the receipt, they kept telling me the same thing I didn’t buy the products now again I have something like 3000 kicks that I should get and they’re telling me that I did not buy the products so I don’t know what’s going on with them. I don’t know if this is a scam because this is not the first or second time this is happened to me just beware and I and they don’t have a phone number to get in touch with them so that tell you something.

You can't redeem points it always says an error occured. Complete scam and a waste of time

When you get a big amount of shopkicks built up they will suspend your account with a lame excuse to not honor your shopkicks. I think shopkicks is a scam and a fraud. Don’t waste your time. Read the reviews their all about the same.

terrible!!! be careful U wait to redeem and when U have some significant value They send error message or technical problems and U never get your Kiks again.

I cashed in 75,000 points for a nintendo switch oled, said they would contact me within 3 days which they did just congratulating me, nothing more. I have contacted them 2 time through e-mail but they don't reply. Tried their phone but recording states it doesn't accept outside calls. All I want is my merchandise that I accumulated points for.

For 5 yrs I’ve been collecting kicks…never used any for a gift card or anything. I wanted the Yeti Rambler. So I used 12,500 of my 14,882 points.
The app said they would be sending a code to finish my order. Points went poof immediately.But emails are not answered and I’m feeling more and more scammed out of my time!! I wish my friend had never recommended.I will never recommend anyone to use it. I’m deleting in 2 weeks if no response.

I have been using Shopkick for over 10 years and have had very few issues until recently. I have redeemed over a million kicks or over $5000 in gift cards, but my account was just suspended for allegedly scanning screenshots of items, which I’ve never done! I contacted customer support and have heard nothing. I currently have about $150 worth of gift cards in my account that I can’t access. So angry!

If I could give shop kick a zero I would. They should have a class action lawsuit against them. They stole 35000 points of mine after unknowingly broke one of there rules. It was an honest mistake. If you try to get in touch with them all you will get is a robot email. I spent many and time only to have it stolen. To the CEO! Your day is coming. One day your gonna get a class action lawsuit against your company. What A fraud.

I have used Shopkick for years and it never used to be this bad… my previous account was deactivated and I created another one and it is horrible… they tell you they are offering 40 kicks per dollar and don’t give it to you… when I first started Shopkick years ago it was great, and I don’t know what happened over the years..

I recently made a purchase at Sam's using Scan and go, then turned my computer printed receipt into Shopkick because doing Scan and go, you do not grt a physical receipt. I explained this to them and they told me it had yo be an original printed receipt. I told then they better fix their policy because a lot of people use Scan and go and this does not give you a physical receipt.

I’ve been doing shopkicks over 7 years they cancelled my account and didn’t give me an explanation. I’m a single mother and do shopkicks to save money to take my kid to Disneyland with the money I EARNED. I will not be able to take my daughter this year for shopkick stealing the money I received by scanning and do the work but yet they get to keep the money I worked for? If you get this app right away TRANSFER THE MONEY! To another gift card They scam you out of your money
