The company is very straightforward with its instructions and provides plenty of resources for the mystery shoppers to utilise. They are also meticulous to ensure the feedback completed is extensive and of meaning to their clients, ensuring that the particular client requests are followed to the letter.

Sometimes instructions aren’t written very clearly which can lead to confusion over how much you will be reimbursed, what to do for the job and what information you need to remember.
