Mixed- mostly nice product
I was able to buy stock that was unavailable - I paid for express delivery and then had the company call a few times and not bother to leave a voicemail for me to call back and resolve. Given I'd paid express delivery that was incredibly frustrating.
I then agreed to have 100 bags in a different colour and when they've arrived they are a mix of matt and glossy and loads of them have been too dirty to use. The orange were great so I've nothing negative to say there but the rest were seemingly just shoved in a box for us with what looked to be no care in providing a good quality product.
I was offered no discount even though the white bags are cheaper than the orange, and even though many of them are not usable. I probably wouldn't use the company again.

Received just as shown in pics on the website so was very pleased and delivery was prompt. I'd buy there again- reasonably priced for a bulk buy.

I paid for next day delivery and received them 3 days late, when I asked for refund on the additional money I paid for a quick delivery the man on the phone was very rude and unhelpful and said he wouldn’t refund and said my only option was to the cancel order, Really unhelpful!
