0 Stars. DO NOT PURCHASE from this site. I purchased 2 dresses. Prices was too good to be true, so I should have known better. Very poor quality, flimsy material, no structure - looked nothing like the pictures. I tried to return them, following their return instructions which is it obtain authorization prior to the return. I emailed them multiple times to get authorization with no response. I went ahead and returned the items to the address indicated on their website, I had to create the label and pay for the return. sure enough the package came back marked with "No Authorization on file". My advise stick with brands and sites that you know. You get what you pay for.

Scammed with a charge that has a food and drink logo. I accidentally purchased 2 shirts and within a few minutes asked them to revoke one which never happened. Avoid this company like the plague.

In order to make a return you have to email them. And the emails get returned, as if they haven't reached the company.
The tops I ordered looked nothing like the photos. They were like children's extra larges instead of women's. I'm going to have to dispute the charge because I've tried multiple times to get in touch with them.
I sincerely wish I had read reviews prior to ordering from this company. The experience has been awful.

The worst cheap quality shoe I have every seen (for $50) and they don't fit well. I have been contacting them for over a month with NO response to initiate a return per their guidelines. They do not respond. And the phone number is fake.

This is company is a facade. All the images are AI and the name, Mayberry North Carolina is misleading making you think the store is in the US. The product photos are AI generated resulting in a different version, style, size and quality of the item/s received. Once you have the item, returns/refunds are difficult and expensive. Proceed doing business with caution.

Would give zero stars if I could. Every complaint here is correct. The item I purchased doesn’t look anything like the pictures posted online. Materials are cheap. Fit was horrible. Mayberry refuses to accept the return even though product is new with tags and boxes and was never worn. Please save yourself some headache and avoid this company.

I ordered 4 pairs of sandals made to look and photograph like Taos. They are the cheapest, mis sized footwear I have ever received. And they want to have you return them to China, not North Carolinas as displayed. Horrible, deceitful business. They offer 15% off not to return their junk. Or a 75% store credit. Simply horrendous!

This company is a scam warning do not buy everything is fake!!!!

It is so frustrating that companies can hide behind addresses that look to be in the United States and then sell shoddy merchandise or merchandise you never receive that comes from who knows where. I ordered shoes with the SHOP app from Mayberry, they never came, Mayberry never answered the e-mail inquiring on the order and their customer service number has been disconnected! Am I just out of luck??????? Horrible experience. Fraud

Never received a confirmation of the order, did not receive a tracking number, never got the merchandise. I had to dispute the charge with my bank. They don't answer emails.

I feel it may be a scam website.

How do I leave a zero star review?? This is a total SCAM!!! The clothes you get are not the clothes advertised. Like embarrassingly not even close. COMPLETE TRASH!!!

I ordered two dresses. They were so big they hung on me and the fabric was cheap. I had ordered small and these had to have been XXX at minimum. I contacted the company and by the responses I received, I suspected they were AI generated. I asked if they were importing the items and the response was "no" even though the tracking info had the items go through customs.
I don't recall the delivery company--I'd never heard of them before. After reading reports where people didn't get full refund, I simply gave them to Goodwill, hoping they might work for someone. I tried calling them to speak with a real person and got a fax in Denton. I tried another number and received a message that this was a number that required screening for security!?!
A web search indicates a Wyoming address at this time, but I don't think it is a real location.

Don't do it!! I thought I was purchasing 2 pairs of shoes from a sweet store in North Carolina. Fraud!!!! They are based in China, the shoes took 1 month to arrive and when they did arrive the tennis shoes, which I ordered ladies size 8, were a size 39? and converted to US size that is an 8 1/2, however they were about 2 inches too large. I ordered strappy sandals and I thought the clip was broken, I contacted the company and they told me I had to watch a tik tok video for Shein shoes, that would explain how to work my sandals. I didn't order from Shein, but I guess I did? A piece was missing from the shoes. The company did respond and told me I could return the order with a 15% restocking fee, took the package to the post office and it was $84.00 for regular delivery plus I had to fill out custom paperwork. Don't buy from the company. I didn't send them back. Please do not buy from this company.

It should be against the law for this business to operate. The photos are beautiful and may even use reputable brand names like Zara. I have never seen such cheap materials/fabric and poor construction anywhere!!! You only discover you're dealing with a company in China if you try to return anything and get a refund. Run away from this site as fast as you can! Don't walk, Run.

What a scam! There was no value for consideration rendered. The dress I received was not the garment in the picture. It wasn't linen. It was cheap polyester. The company refuses to be refund my money. Beware and shop elsewhere. This is why we shouldn't shop on line

Please do not order anything from them!
You will never be able to correspond back-and-forth with them because they do not pick up their phone nor respond toany emails or messages. They say they are located in North Carolina, but their fake addresses are in Bruges,Belgium and Cheyenne, Wyoming to name a few.. All their phone numbers are fake..

Over 2 weeks to get the shirt as they ship the slowest means possible.

I have email contacted them twice since 29th per website to return due to sizing and so far no response.

Looks like I need to file dispute with credit card.

Terrible quality fabric & cheaply made. To return, you must pay a customs charge, overseas shipping charge, & 25% restocking fee. There should be a negative stars option

Clothes are plastic like and very cheap. Extremely overpriced for what you get, but also wouldn’t be worth it for even a few dollars.
Their website says they do returns but they only offer a 15% return (keep item) or you can return the item but just pay a processing fee, shipping, and customs. They won’t offer estimate of cost for customs, etc.

Horrible quality. Looks nothing like they advertise and the return policy is an absolute joke. They blatantly lie about their “reviews” on their website to con people into purchasing clothing from them. Do NOT recommend purchasing anything from them!
