I recently received my blazer order, and I am very disappointed. The item I received does not look like the blazer shown on your website. The quality is much lower than what was advertised, and I feel the product was misleading.
I also tried calling the phone number listed on your website, but it does not appear to reach the business as advertised, which has added to my concerns.
I am requesting a full refund. Please provide instructions for returning the item and confirm when my refund will be processed. If I do not receive a satisfactory response within a reasonable time, I will dispute the charge with my credit card company and report this matter to the appropriate consumer protection agencies.

Horrible clothing! DO NOT BUY from here. Super cheap clothing, horrible material and no real refunds. They offer a 10% refund- that is NOT a refund.

SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY, DO NOT SHOP FROM THIS COMPANY. WHAT A SCAM!!! I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND BUYING ANY CLOTHES OR PURSES FROM THEIR STORE. WONDERING WHY THEY ARE STILL IN BUSINESS.

The worst clothing, cheaply made and poor sizing, looks nothing like the pictures. Their phone number is fake, their email is fake, no way to reach anyone, 100% fraud and unable to make any type of return.

Do not order from this company. They are deceptive about the clothing as well as where it’s coming from. They ask you to pay overseas shipping to return anything. The clothing quality is garbage.

Run from this company. I bought two pairs of sandals. They are poorly made and smell really bad. If you want to return an item you have to pay the postage to mail them back to China and pay a 15% restocking fee. They offer you a 15% refund to throw them away. I will believe it when I see it. Or, you can pay a $15.00 shipping fee to exchange for something else.

This comany is a scam!! They advertise like they are Mayberry from North Carolina, but they're not. They're in China somewhere. You cannot return items anywhere in the U.S. They want you to return to China, at your own cost!! I had to get my credit card co. Involved to get a refund. I too, usually check the TrustPilot reviews. However, this time I didnt. I'll be donating the 2 tops & bottoms to Goodwill. The best company I've found is Quince. Their headquarters is in San Francisco, Ca & they're a gem to work with. They'll send you a prepaid label that you take to the PO to scan & print. You have 365 days to return, not worn, using the bag the clothes came in. You tape it up - also self- sticking on the shipping bag. Their customer service is exemplary!! You get what you pay for, Mayberry is a fly by night scam operation! Hopefully, they'll go out of business very soon!!

When I tried to return, the company said I had to either ship it back to China (paid for by myself) or they would let me keep the terrible quality items and give me a discount code for store credit. But the discount code doesn't work and they've stopped responding to my emails. An absolute scam of a company.

Do not buy from them . Never get your full amount of $ back if you need to return … they Play games with offering you unfair offers instead . 15% restocking fee . Sizes are not good and poor quality Want you to send back to China meanwhile these companies ship out of USA??

Extremely poor quality - they make the return process nearly impossible - maybe a Chinese company? Save yourself the trouble and order elsewhere.

Very deceptive. They sent me the wrong number, not the one I bought. The shoes do not fit me, they did not send me a prepaid shipping label, disappeared, customer support in inadequate. They did not refund me the money and want me to pay for the shipping label of something I did not buy. The shoes are also not as described, poor quality of fabric and metal. Do not recommend! It feels like a scam...

Originally placed an order items did not fit the eould not give me full payment back after much communication the said they would give me a credit now i tried to use credit I placed the order and was never given the chance to use credit it just went to final do when once trying to resolve which will be difficult because I will be getting emails that seem to not be aware of any i previously sent WORST site ever n products are not the best

BEWARE !!!!! Returns are near impossible, especially paying for shipping and duty. Also restocking fee. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE. WILL NEVER DEAL WITH THIS COMPANY AGAIN.

Exceptionally slow shipping. All items run exceptionally small, 3 sizes to small! Quality of materials is low. Return policy very sketchy! DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY.

BEWARE!!!!!!! before you order please read all reviews all true because happened to me. placed order received poor quality clothing tried to get refund. refund very impossible to get but was offered a credit but never got an answer back on how I was supposed to get that credit total silence from them had to get my credit card company involved WAY TOO MUCH HASSLE! Boy am I embarrassed! I usually check before ordering anything on trustpilot. Of course the one time I didn't I got taken! I ordered a bathing suit. It took 3.5 weeks to come from China! They claim they are a US Company. Very poor quality, absolutely no tummy support like they claim! No cups! Who sells bathing suits without cups! Horrible experience

Their clothing is cheap, worse then TEMU. They do NOT offer returns, only in store credit. If you don't like the 2nd item you get on in store credit, they only offer you 50% in store credit on that item. Pictures don't match the actual item. Cheap AF. Do not believe the photos. Its crazy how bad their material is

I thought the company was really great and I gave them a great review. But I have some clothes that have to be exchanged and I cannot get a label. Does everybody have that problem or how do you get a label to return some clothes?

Mayberryway.com is an absolute scam! Poor quality products and even worse customer service. In order to do a return you have to email them but they don't respond! Phone number online is invalid. Although they say they're based out of North Carolina, phone number listed online is a Georgia number but is not an operating number
Buyer beware. Do NOT buy from this company!

I purchased a cute pair of sandals from Mayberry.com. I wore them a total of 3 times and the buckle broke. I requested a refund and was counter offered a 10% refund and keep the sandals. I countered back at 25% and have been ignored ever since. Terrible way to conduct business Mayberry.com!!
