Gets no stars for its fraudulent business practices. Cheap, Chinese fabric probably sewn by exploited young children. They should be reported. I have sent to all my socials. Please, everyone do the same. What a scam they’ve got going with their constant barrage of emails trying to negotiate terms when I just want my money. Not lied to or ignored consistently. Ladies, do not make the same mistakes.

I'm furious! I thought I did my due diligence by scouring Mayberry's website. I always look for mispellings, weird looking photos and what the company's "about us" section looks like. I got duped big time with Mayberry. I received all of my items, and they are pure junk. I would have expected this from Temu. Their 3X blouses would fit a 3X child. The soles of the shoes are hard plastic and the jewely is a joke. I'm going to get my $179 back one way or another. Oh, and just looked on their return policy and I have to pay a 15% restocking fee AND return it to China even if they list a few US addresses on their site like NC? This is total BS!

Never received shoes I ordered in April. At first they went to the wrong address (my fault); they were returned to Mayberry. Mayberry never sent the shoes that were returned. They ignore me now so I’m out the money. Crappy company. This all happened months ago with no help from Mayberry. It is now July 17.

The online listing I purchased from stated "Free Returns" and presented Mayberry as an American company selling American-made products. That is not what I experienced.
The products I received were shipped from China and were extremely poor quality. They looked nothing like I expected based on the advertising and were not worth what I paid.
When I requested a return, I was told I would have to pay expensive international shipping to China and additional fees to receive a full refund. The only alternative Mayberry offered was a 60% refund if I kept merchandise I did not want.
I contacted the company multiple times and gave them every opportunity to make this right. They refused to issue a full refund.
If I had known the products were coming from China, that "Free Returns" would require me to pay international return shipping, and that the quality would be this poor, I never would have placed this order. I will never buy from Mayberry again, and I strongly encourage others to shop elsewhere.
Be aware they are selling under names of multiple companies. JJ, Mayberry, Velorea & Co, Mayberry North Carolina, Kate and Wendy, Walnut Grove, Luuza, and others. If the styles, quality, and prices look too good to be true and they state they are an American owned company with American-made products-BEWARE! It is all the same company in China producing garbage merchandise.

I ordered a top that is described as Blue and the photo looks blue but what I got was gray. Now they are telling me that the photo of a blue shirt is actually gray. They won’t take it back but said they would credit me 10% if I go back and order the “blue” one. These guys are real jerks

First signal I had been scammed was when they asked me to review the items I bought from Mayberry minutes after I ordered, offering a 25% discount on my next order I needed to make within 48 hours if I left a positive review! The two items I ordered were complete crap. The shirt was not the shirt they showed and such cheap quality. It doesn't even have any label telling the material. And the shoes were so cheap and didn't even come in a shoe box. And then they charge to return. Don't trust they will refund my money.

If I could, I’d give ZERO stars. This company is a sham. They are NOT in North Carolina as they claim. They are overseas. Items ship directly from
China and take a long time. Items are very poor quality and when I tried to return I was told I had to pay to ship my items back to Asia and pay a 15% restocking fee. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY.

I purchased 4 outfits and a pair of shoes. Waited a lengthly amount of time for the items. When received from china, The clothes are of poor quality and the shoes as well. They have a 30 return policy which I reach out to them within 5 days to find out how I return them. They wanted to know what I was returning in 1 email. . Then another email they wanted pics of what I am returning. Which was provided but is not normal practice that I have EVER experienced. They tried to give me other options for not returning the items. Finally they sent me info on how to return them to china. When I wrote back to them for a final time I got a message that my email did not go through due to domain not found! Apparently I was blocked! DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!!! BUYER BEWARE!! SCAM. SCAM SCAM

I should have done my research before buying, I bought 4 pairs of sandals to get more money off. When received a month later, they were cheaply made and didn't fit, so I wanted to return them. The return process is ridiculous. 15% restocking fee + paid shipping back to China. It would cost more to return than I paid for them. I will not shop here again. Only posting this review to warn others.

I bought the longer shorts and frankly, I am disappointed.
The fabric is very thin and unsubstantial and the hem at the bottom is minuscule, causing it to flip/turn up, even after ironing.

Very thin see-through fabric that says it had a "linen look" but it does not. Using their sizing chart did not work and the items were the wrong size. Also I was sent the wrong color for one of my two items. When I wanted to return both items for the reasons above, I was told I would have to pay to return the items to China, which was not worth it. I don't think companies should be allowed to pose as based in the US if their customers have to ship back to China. That is a false front.

I recently bought two pairs of shoes from Mayberry. Mayberry advertises they’re from North Carolina. The shoes were advertised as having support. I spent $84 on shoes that were on sale. When I receive the shoes, they’re very cheaply made with no support and I was unable to wear them. When I tried to return them, they told me it was too difficult to return. I would not get full credit then I could either keep them or give them away. They did offer me Store credit. I thought I would try their clothing to see if they were better quality. I bought a shirt and a light weight sweater. Both were very cheaply made, and I cannot wear them.
For anyone considering buying anything from Mayberry, I would recommend that you save your money. I believe the company is a scam and I am disappointed that I fell for it. They should be reported to the Better Business Bureau.

I got sucked in by the slick photos of great looking shoes, marketed as orthopedic. Very nice-looking website. Like a dummy, I ordered before thinking to read reviews on a 3rd party site like TrustPilot. Shame on me. The reviews on their website have to be fake. I can’t find a way to actually leave a review.
About my two pairs of shoes that arrived today: My toes went over the front edge of the sandal, my heel over the back. The moccasins were SUPER tight. Definitely not the size I ordered. Also, NOT orthopedic, just puffy soles on top of a hard base. Shoddy workmanship. I won’t bother trying to return them because reviews said it is a miserable process and I will have to pay a return fee to ship back to China. TAKE MY WORD FOR IT, DO NOT BUY FROM THIS WEBSITE. YOU WILL BE DISAPPOINTED. Donate your money to a worthy cause instead.

I ordered a top, $44. It photographs well but is a cheaply made, incredibly low quality, awful shiny fabric.

Went online to return, because returns are easy now. Just download a QR code and drop off at UPS, right?

Nope. Mayberry makes you pay to send it to a warehouse in CHINA, and charges a 15 percent restock fee.

The women founders advertise they won’t sell anything they won’t wear. If they are wearing this they shouldn’t leave their home.

May or may not return. Donate maybe? But seriously, nobody deserves to have to wear this. The donation police might come after me! I can’t imagine they have repeat customers. I expect they make a killing from one time purchasers and 15 percent restock fees.

I ordered shoes from Mayberry‘s website. They fit poorly and were cheaply made. Mayberry offers a 30 days return policy. However, in order to get a full refund they charge a 15% restocking fee and the items have to be shipped back to an international location. By the time you pay for shipping and the restocking fee, you have actually lost money. Buyers beware! I will not be buying anything from this company again.

Though the site offers refunds and exchanges, you have to send the product back to China at your own expense in order to receive one. The shoes I bought were unwearable and stank so badly I had to put them outside once I opened the box.

Attempted to return for an item $49.95. Their policy is the following:

Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

A 15% restocking fee applies to non-defective returns.

in other words they keep most of your money.

i'm trying to find a way to upload the emails and quality of the item. none the less these chinese knock offs need to be gone

Do not order from this company!!! The clothes run VERY small, two or three sizes too small. The fabric is poor quality also! When you want to return your order you have to pay shipping costs, to China, and 15% restocking fee!!! Even duty fees! The worst!

They advertise "orthopedic" shoes, but they are as far from this as possible. The most cheaply made as possible with absolutely no support. They also say satisfaction guarantee but they make you pay for shipping to China which is as much as your purchase. Outcome is you just threw your money in the thrash because that is exactly what they gave you. 100% thrash with 0% satisfaction

They don’t even deserve a star. This site is a total scam. Represent as a US company when it is China. I unfortunately ordered before checking reviews (my fault) and 30 minutes later contacted them to cancel order based on horrible reviews and it was prohibited. The tops arrived looking nothing like the photos. The material is the cheapest ever and sewing is horrible. These tops would not be bought in Dollar Store. They make it virtually impossible to return with consumer responsible for custom charges. They tell you to keep clothes and donate and the will credit you 10%, a slap in the face. Contacting my bank and reporting as fraud, which it is!!!!
