Unacceptable rude conduct. I paid extra to have my items delivered by 1pm the next day. I didn't receive the items in till after 3pm. When I called the company to find out why there was such a long delay the manager/owner at the other end spoke rudely to me, he told me that's not his problem and I should chase my my delivery with FedEx myself. He didn't even attempt to understand my frustration instead he swore at me and hanged up the phone. I called back to demand for my money back as he was so rude to me when the fault was at their end. He gave no apology only spoke rudely to me because I dared ask him about the products I purchased.

For the last 5 years I buy bags for Christmas gifts and was never
disappointed.

I am very dissapointed that i paid for next day delivery and i am still waiting after 2 working days. The event that i needed the items for has now passed, and even when i called the numbers on website to collect myself, the phones were just ringing. I do not need the items anymore and i would be requesting for a refund. The tracking system was also misleading.

Late Arrival
Despite being told the bags would be ready on a date requested on ordereing they werent. I chased the day prior to be told they wouldnt arrive until the day after the event I needed them for. They had had issues with the printer however I felt that I wouldnt have been told this had I not chased. They managed to send plain bags direct to the venue which werent ideal but we had no choice but to go with.

Ordered 10000 Gift Bags from them and received within a week.. Excellent service and very polite customer service ..The gentlemen on the phone was very polite and exteremly helpful... We will definitely be using them again
